Swappable anti-vibration pads in 6 colours While more and more PC cases support 20cm intake, side-panel or exhaust fans, many of the bundled stock units and available aftermarket options are of questionable quality. By contrast, the NF-A20 is a true premium grade solution worthy of Noctua’s award-winning A-series.	SSO2 bearing The NF-A20 features the further optimised second generation of Noctua's renowned, time-tested SSO bearing. With SSO2, the rear magnet is placed closer to the axis to provide even better stabilisation, precision and durability.	154mm, 110x180mm and 170mm hole spacing In order to ensure broad compatibility with today’s PC cases, the NF-A20 features three sets of mounting holes: While the 154x154mm and 110x180mm spacing allow it to replace most 200mm fans, the 170x170mm spacing is used by many 230 and 250mm fans, which can thus also be replaced by the NF-A20.	Optional coloured cables Noctua’s chromax line fans use a modular cabling system and come pre-fitted with a fully sleeved black NA-EC1 30cm cable. For refined colour coordination, white, red, blue, green and yellow 30cm NA-EC1 cables plus corresponding NA-YC1 y-cables are available separately.

Maximising colour choices, Noctua’s chromax.black.swap edition fans can be colour-customised using the included swappable anti-vibration pads as well as optional anti-vibration mounts and cables. WILL NOT replace 200mm intake fans in Coolermaster H500m case

I really wanted to like these fans and in the hands, they appeared to be of excellent quality. The only problem is that they will not fit into the "200 mm" fan slots in the Coolermaster H500m case. Their additional depth (or thickness) is the issue. Please fix this Noctua and give them more than 800 rpm, and I'll give them another try.

This fan is nice. You don't know it yet, but it is. One of the nicest things is the mounting points on the fan. I have two Cooler Master HAF XB EVO's, they take a 200mm fan in the top plate. Not just any fan, but one with the holes in a strange rectangular configuration. This fan has that. That is a rarity you may not realize. It adds value here, now and in the future.
The fan is running on a controller at just below/up to its max rating. It moves a lot of air out of the top of my case at low RPM, which means little sound. I have it on a controller so I control how fast it spins, usually at around 9-1100 RPM according to the controller which is not PWM so not totally accurate. I think my controller is 12V and it takes around two thirds of that to get the fan up and running without a no-spin situation... again, I have a controller with alarms for that. Always watch your fans when you boot, make sure they are spinning when they should be.

Bought these for a specific case mod where i needed to eject heat from a gaming PC mounted in a confined near ceiling box. I mounted two of these side by side on what used to be the face of the PC and can I tell you what no issues whatsoever with these fans solving my cooling woes. At first I was thinking that I would need to have some 120mm fans blowing INTO the case and these two fans blowing out of the case to ensure the flow of air needed to cool the 1070 TI and the I7-3770 when getting bench marked. With this push pull setup I found that the CFM pull of one of these fans was equal to nearly 4 of my other 120mm fans.... so what would happen the 120mm fans would be sucked faster than they normally would spin causing excessive fan noise. After removing all the 120mm fans and only having these pull air through the PC all the 120 mm fan noise went away and the cooling was maximized. Oh YA! Ill post a pic of my mod some other time.

I purchase a lot of Noctua fans for building high-end computers, so wanted to try these out. On the plus side, they are silent and come with the necessary black sound/vibration pads. On the minus side, they move a bit less air than I had expected (perhaps I am just too used to the industrial line) and the price is a bit too high. There are cases where this would be great and I can say that these are better quality than many fans of a similar size. Buy these if you need a fan of this size, but note that a couple Noctua industrial 140 fans will move more air if that is what you are looking for.

Not perfect fit for cougar MX 331

First issue, it only came with seven of the black anti-vibration pads, luckily, you realistically only need four.

Second issue, the holes just are not right for my case. I was completely unable to screw it in, I can get one screw in but that’s about it, the spacing is just ever so slightly too large to fit the other ones in, so now I need to order all caps long rubber mounts because the short rubber mounts I have are completely impossible to use because the inner amounts sit in a channel so I can’t get pliers in to pull them through.

I can somewhat understand the spacing, maybe my panel is just kind of wonky, and the manufacturer of my case messed up on it. But the anti-vibration pads? Not getting the full eight, I expect a lot better out of Noctua, especially since I consider them the BEST of the best for cooling.

The holes on this fan align perfectly, the fan is super quite and moves a nice volume of air. Just be aware of the thicknes and ensure you will have clearance with what ever cpu cooler you have on your rig. The fan feels like a quality built product, will buy this brand again.

Does not fit Cooler Master HAF 922 Case

I bought this fan to replace a failing Cooler Master A20030-10CB fan that was mounted to the top of my Cooler Master HAF 922 case. It turns out the presence of 170mm mounting points on this fan prevent it from fitting into this particular case, which uses 154mm hole spacing. I did not know this before I bought the fan. Nothing some marking and quick Dremeling couldn't solve, though! Now that the fan is in the case I love it. Almost silent and moves a lot of air. Huge improvement over the fan I removed, although that one was 8 years old. We'll see how this one holds up.

Really Big Fan

So, I can't actually make use of this fan in my PC since it's just too big, but I wanted Noctua's big fan because I'm a big fan of Noctua.
That said, after getting it running at 100% power over a spare fan header, it's really quiet for the amount of air I could feel it moving. It also dwarfs a 120mm fan like my spare NF-S12a and makes a massive air cooler like my dual fan NH-D15S look small.

Since I can't use it in my PC, what I'm intending to do with mine is make a USB desk fan out of it, doing so in a way that won't permanently modify the fan itself.

If you can actually use it in your PC case this should be an amazing silent airflow fan.
If not, then it's not too difficult to convert it into a desk fan with a tablet stand and a USB 5v-12v adapter cable spliced into a 3/4-pin fan extension for power.

Es un producto de $800 y siendo de la marca noctua esperas un alto rendimiento y poco ruido y solamente consiguió una el ruido es inexistente una ves el gabinete está cerrado, pero el rendimiento es extremadamente pobre hize múltiples pruebas para ver si era un problema de acomodo o algo similar pero sinceramente no funcionó para nada recomiendo evitar estos ventiladores a menos que busques algo mega silencioso. Porque de flujo de aire están mejores los thermaltake pure 20 argb mejor presión y flujo de aire a costa de un poco de ruido pero con mucho mejor precio y argb extra

Needs a longer power cable.

If you're like me and like to neatly organize your cables, you will need to get a cable extension for this fan. The cable that comes with it is really short and won't give you options for connecting and organizing the best cable route.

Get a cable extension with it.

Aside from that. it's thick, probably too thick for a lot of cases. I have a full tower and had to modify it to fit even though it was designed for a 200mm. It also leaves something to be desired in aesthetic. I'm not that into RGB but this thing is pretty plane-jane for any enthusiast standard.

Besides all of that, this fan functions great.
