Some people have complained about the book being printed in China, and other sustainability issues, but what it comes down to is how is the book?
It has some really nice looking recipes in it, that use alternative ingredients in place of traditional flours, sweeteners and etc.
The info it has on GMO's really is stuff you can find most of on their website, but its neat to have it in the book.
So if you are looking for some nice healthy alternative recipes, and to support the non-gmo project, but this book!
Be sure and buy NON-GMO, when getting ingredients for some of the recipes, as some of what these recipes call for would have GMOs in them. The only way to avoid that, is to buy (for example) NON-GMO corn.
