Why should authors build a platform? As Nina Amir writes in this book, "build a platform so you can make a difference. Do it to fulfill your purpose and impact your readers." When you look at it from that perspective, rather than dreading it, authors should embrace the idea and process of building a platform.

The bad news is, even if you agree that you need to build a platform, you may feel overwhelmed by the thought. The good new is that this book lays out not just the why, but how to build an author platform.
