Great little pan except for the fact you can’t throw them in the dishwasher. I bought (2) of these pans because I needed this size to fit into my bread proofer and they are a perfect. I bake bread weekly and these pans are great for rolls/loaves. I’ve tested them out for pan roast meals, no issues other than needing to hand wash in order to maintain the nonstick quality. These do wash easily, so not a deal breaker.
