These vitamin D3 gummies are great. I've been having the worst time finding a D3 brand that wasn't cross contaminated with milk/wheat/fish. Even my old trusted brand I've used for years (Vitacost) was giving me the most horrible stomach aches.
So I saw these and knew Nordic Naturals had a good reputation so I thought I'd try them. I have a D3 absorption problem as do many other family members. I have MS and take low D3 very seriously. Mine at one time was critically low and had to take prescription ones that were 50,000 IU. weekly. Talk about knocking ya out. That much D3 is hard to deal with. So I have faithfully taken D3 from then on. People with MS tend to have very low D3 levels.
Since I have been taking these I have felt much better and can tell they are working. So nice to find a supplement that is free of what it states it is. I will continue to buy these from now on.

I enjoy these gummies very much. I was concerned because many reviews said these were soooooooo sweet. Yes, they are coated in sugar and yes, they are gummies, so expect them to be sweet, but they are palatable. Also I think it's important to remember this is a supplement, and not an actual food item. For the benefit of receiving vitamin D3, I enjoy the flavor and much prefer these over the difficulty I have swallowing pills.

My dr recommended these when labs showed I was deficient in D3 25 Hydroxy. They taste great and seem to be working well. Bought my first bottle at a local Sprouts store. Ordered a refill from Amazon. Will continue purchasing this product.

Our vet had also recommended this particular brand of a different supplement (fish oil) for our golden retriever. If a vet and a dr (both whom I respect and trust greatly) recommend Nordic Naturals brand, they must be great!

Your kid might not like them

Beware- if your kid is used to gummy-type vitamins or fruit snacks (such as sold in grocery stores), your kid may not like these. Mine hated them- actually gagged them up. I tried them, certain they must be poisoning my child, but they were fine- a little sour (which was fine by me!) but more of a consistency of old-school, sugar-coated gum drops. That's okay- passed them on to a friend whose son loves them (and she bought me wine in exchange!).

Gummies are coated in sugar and have a pleasant mixed berry flavor. The gummies have a nice texture that is comparable to other more well-known brands. I picked these out because the amount of Vitamin D was not astronomical; I wanted to be able control my Vitamin D intake based on my other vitamins, supplements and time in the sun. I was very pleased to find that the flavor (and texture) was better than I expected.

I normally always take gummy vitamins. I use OLLY. This brand has a TON of sugar on the outside of the gummy. Once you bite done it’s chewy but harder chew not a soft chew. It’s good but very potent and tart. It took me a few days to get used to them but started to like them as time went on. I may purchase again.
