Its PFOA-free nonstick surface allows for easy and effortless cleanup. Ideal for angel food and pound cake, 16 cup capacity. Proudly made in the USA. Use and Care: 1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. 2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan. 3. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

    I don't use anything but bakers joy to spray my pan and I've never experienced an issue with it releasing the cake. No issues with inconsistent browning or anything. After seeing some reviews that complained about their cakes sticking, I almost didn't buy this pan. Maybe it's sugary ingredients that are caramelizing the edges or not enough spray or 'goop' to allow your food to release properly. I'm so glad I took a chance. I really wish more people would post their experiences with products that they found worked well so more of us will not be crossing our fingers when we buy. I have never had any issues with my baked items coming out perfectly. I would absolutely recommend.

    I just baked my grandmother's sour cream pound cake recipe. I've used other pans before and had problems with sticking, even when I greased and floured the pans. I took a chance and decided to do NOTHING to this pan. I let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes after baking, and it popped right out. It was very easy to clean with hot water, dish soap, and a washcloth.
