    This pan came with instructions on how to grease it properly, with cooking spray that already has flour in it. I’m sure that would have made it a lot easier on the second round especially than using butter and flour like I did since I didn’t have any of the spray around when I was ready to bake. It will take some trail and error to figure out the right level you should fill them too, I got one batch with a little too much, one with just a bit under enough and one that was just right. All in all I love this pan and I can’t wait to use it more and more.
