So it rocks on the flat surface.
This doesn't matter so much with the induction burner, or possibly gas, but does matter if you then wish to use it on another flat electric burner.
Another issue is the non-stick finish of this pan, even if you never use more than a sponge or paper towel to clean it out:
If something burns on, you have to use chemicals (such as letting LimeAway or similar to dissolve the residue) so you don't scrape off the surface. I have no idea if this absorbs into the finish, so I boil water in it afterward a couple of times to draw it out.
Lots of work for a pan that was supposed to do the job with easy care, and while it didn't warn against utensils, I always used silicon or nylon.
I did more research and have now purchased a Vollrath Intrigue pan, which is a company I've known for years (my stainless cookware from them is 43 years old and works on the induction burners well, as do my small stainless All Clad). It's made to be commercial kitchen grade (as long as you don't foolishly think it belongs in a dishwasher). It is heavy-bottomed and expensive, but worth it if I don't have to deal with the dishing and burning issue.

UPDATE: Today is 7/9/2016 and I bought this pan on 1/9/2016. I use it exclusively on an induction cooktop and have never used any heat setting over 3 and don't use it that often since I don't cook too often! I normally cook on setting 1 or 2. I also never use anything but utensils for non-stick pans or bamboo with this pan. The non-stick coating is chipping off for some unknown reason. As a result, I would not recommend this pan to anyone
6/23/2015 Update: I purchased this pan in early October, 2014. Initially I gave it five stars, but already the Teflon non-stick surface is wearing off. I do not use high heat nor metal utensils with this pan, so I do consider it a defect that the Teflon coating is already failing. I'm disappointed because this has otherwise been the perfect pan for me.
