Dont cut your pizza while it is on this stone. It will stain. Take the pizza off to cut it.

My husband is an excellent pizza maker and we didn't want to turn on the big oven because it is warm in Florida and we don't want to heat up the house. I read many complaints about things sticking to the stone. Our advice : USE PARCHMENT PAPER! Nothing sticks nothing gets ugly dirty (although a pizza stone IS supposed to look used and DON'T USE SOAP ON IT!). Also don't put a stone in an already pre-heated oven or it will crack. We also don't really get that there is a "serving rack". Cutting a pizza on the stone just isn't a good thing to do.

This pizza stone fits wonderfully into our Breville Smart Oven Pro (which is also one of the best and most frequently used items in our kitchen}. The pizza crisped up nicely even with the max temperature only able to go up to 450 degrees. DEFINITELY recommend this pizza stone !

I already had a pizza cutter that I like a lot, so I never used the flimsy one that came with this product & feel offended by having extra junk I don't want cast upon me. Anyway, I love the pizza stone. It makes a HUGE difference in crust texture whether baking frozen pizza or home made from scratch. Would never go back to a regular pan. It's a little annoying to scrape off - pizza seems to get stuck every time no matter what I do (preheat it, dust it with flour or oil, etc.), but it's worth it for the improved texture, plus a little water and a scraper gets it clean every time. The one thing I have noticed, is that areas that have had pizza baked onto them a couple times seem less likely to get stuck. I also cook keto, so almond/coconut flour only, which is stickier than regular dough.

I bought something basically like this 20 years ago. It just broke recently (my fault) after hundreds of great pizzas. My main pizza surface has evolved to an old cast iron skillet, which works at least as well as a stone. But I still keep a stone for baking a 2nd pizza simultaneously, and other baking tasks. It helps to distribute heat well when you just store it on your bottom rack while baking anything else above it.

After much research on a replacement for my old stone, I realized that almost all 'fancy' pizza stones end up being much heavier than you want to haul in and out of a hot oven frequently. This one has excellent weight, value, and results. Pro tip: heat up for AT LEAST 15 mins beforehand...and leave the pizza on the stone for 10-15 mins after baking for a crispier crust. Happy Pizza-ing.

Ya he cocinado en ella 22 pizzas desde que la adquirí en el mes de febrero de 2023. Estamos a 29 de mayo de 2023 y ya ha obtenido las cicatrices de su paso. Solo lavarla con agua y de nuevo a usarla. Espero me duré más tiempo, de lo contrario actualizaré mi opinión. De momento los resultados han sido excelentes. Transmite bien el calor y las pizzas quedan crujientes. Aclaro que siempre las hago en asador. Todo un arte desde preparar el asador y precalentar la piedra, hasta realizar la masa desde cero y disfrutar una margarita al estilo napolitano. Mis pizzas las hago medianitas pero espero pronto hacerlas más grandes. Recomiendo ampliamente el producto. El cortador efectivamente es de muy mala calidad, por lo que recomiendo adquirir uno de mejor calidad en el supermercado. La base de acero es inútil, pero no se preocupen por ambos productos, lo que importa es la piedra y está a buen precio, no el mejor ya que soy un poco tacañito, pero supongo que lo vale por la emoción de ver una pizza sobre ella.
