The Bundt Fancy Loaf Cake Pan is cast aluminum bakeware that provides finer details and superior baking performance. The classic tube-cake bundt pan is round with vertical flutings alternating between sharp/narrow and rounded/wide. This mold removes the tube and elongates the shape to produce decorative loaves. (Think of the sensation a meat loaf coming out of this pan would create.) Detail remains intact thanks to the pan's heavy, cast-aluminum sturdiness, which promotes even baking. Try the chocolate loaf with strawberry sauce (recipe included), and the pan's capacity to create fine crusts is enticingly demonstrated. The mold holds 10 cups of batter, enough to make a festive cake for eight people. This rust- and warp-resistant pan has a long life expectancy. I have very many of the Bundt pans, and found this loaf-pan to be equally delightful!
NordicWare pnas are expensive, but SO worth the expense!!!!
