This game has gotta be one of the more difficult games on the android market. Luckily it makes you want to keep playing it until you beat it. I finished the "story" mode in a few hours and it was absolute fun. The controls are simple and the enemy patterns seem easy to follow but expect to die a couple dozen times on your first time.
Game Play: You can run and jump over obstacles or slide under some. Some objects are breakable and some aren't. When fighting you can side kick and jump kick your opponent. You can play in the story mode or in infinite fortress. When you start off your rank is peasant. You can also select the games difficulty at Normal, hard or brutal.
The game is difficult enough for me even on the normal level as you try to rescue the farmer's daughter. The game is all about tapping the jump, slide and attack buttons at the right time and at least for me it is difficult. The controls are a little tough to get the hang of. The graphics are very retro and simple but adequate. After you die you have to go back to a checkpoint and start again but I think the game needs more checkpoints because it seems like you have to play the same areas of the game over and over even after you have gone a long distance.

What I like: This is a fun retro style game that is fairly difficult to play. It is very challenging. I struggle with the timing of the controls but some people, including my grandson will be masters at this game.
What I don't like: The game is actually good but is has many links to the web to review and buy games plus the social networks. Just turn off your WIFI, go into airplane mode or turn on your parental controls to prevent your children from buying or going where you don't want them to.
Summary: This is a good retro game with tough controls and a lot of actions to work on your timing. It is a reasonable game and if you can master the skills you will like playing it. It can be frustrating but practice makes perfect.
Your children may love it!
Size: the game is 13.8 MB compressed and 14.27 MB uncompressed.
The game is a pretty cool slider. It uses 8-bit and it doesn't look cheesy or poorly done. It is not very easy until you get the hang of it. It requires more concentration than other games. The hardest part is dying and having to start all the way over. That makes playing a bit annoying. After a few deaths and no save point I put it down. Maybe someone who is better at these types games will have more fun.
From what I've played, the game seems fun. However, if you are like me, you may not have time to play a game longer than a couple of minutes here and there. The levels, taking into account you messing up, usually take longer than a couple of minutes. If you could resume the game from a checkpoint, I'd appreciate it more!
If the controls were a little bit better it'd be a lot more fun. You have to jump or shoot right at the exact second or you're dead. The little guy just doesn't jump or far enough & he has to be touching a guy at the right second to hit them. If you hit or jump too soon (even though it doesn't seem like it should be too soon) you start over, no extra lives.
