I loved getting to know the different characters in this book, and how each of the citizens of Wyldhaven adds their own layer to the story. I especially enjoyed reading about Ms. Charlotte Brindle, her journey to the Wild West, and how, even though we may not always understand His plans, God is with us every step of the way. Of course, Sheriff Reagan Callahan added his own spark to this story, but I especially loved his faith and encouragement. Honestly, I have so many quotes highlighted from this book which all talked to me, and at times convicted me, of my walk with the Lord. Thank you, Ms. Bonner, for writing this wonderful story.
Sheriff Reagan Callahan wants nothing better than to live his life in peace and serve the good people of Wyldhaven. But that has become near next to impossible since the new school teacher arrived! He has drawn his gun more times than in his whole term as sheriff just to keep the woman out of trouble. The best place for Charlotte Brindle, in Reagan’s mind, is on the next train back to Boston!
Lynnette Bonner has given her readers true to life characters that they can relate to and remember long after reading the final page. I enjoyed the fact that I not only had one character to fall in love with but a whole town of characters!
If you love old westerns (Support Your Local Sheriff) and family drama (Little House on the Prairie), then you will love Not A Sparrow Falls.
Charlotte will do anything to escape the humiliation of a two timing suitor she literally left at the alter and accepts a teaching position in a town as far from her home as she can find. But trouble seems not two steps behind her constantly and only the handsome sheriff seems able to help pull her from the many scraps she finds herself in.
I connected with both lead characters and enjoyed their stories and how their stories entwined. A quick and enjoyable read all round.

offer of marriage. Charlotte applies for a teacher's job in the Wild West. The characters there are a bit stereotypical, but interesting. I loved Zoe and her young dog who provide a humour to the story.
