Since reading this book, I lost 10 pounds. I feel healthier, my skin looks better and I feel more in control of my menopause.
I recommend it and also will buy it as a gift for my friends.
Informative, easy to read and a book I keep referring back to. It has explained a lot of what I have been experiencing and given me a better perspective.

I loved this book and found it tremendously informative. It has helped me feel so much better since I started following some of the suggestions for better food choices. I especially liked the chapter on super foods and found that eating many of them has really given me so much more energy and helped me feel stronger.

A lot of the information in this book is fantastic. It was really glad to be able to read it And enjoyed most of the information. However, somethings are contradictory. For example they encourage you to stop caffeine but encourage you to drink green tea. I do not drink green tea I have I have severe reactions I have severe reactions I have severe reactions to cafe. I think more research needs to be done at other ways to get those new trans other than green tea.

I will be 55 this year and still no signs of Menopause. Was hoping this would give some advice about Peri-Menopause but alas I think I'll have to write THAT book.

You may not agree with all of the food choices recommended in the book - but there is so much to learn about our health - and the research is excellent. It is also an easy read and carefully laid out. A lot of good recipes, too. I sent this to my peri-menopausal daughters.

This is the most thorough book I have read on this topic. She left nothing out. I wish I had found this book sooner. There are recipes as well. She references numerous other books which makes it easy to get more in depth information on any symptoms she covers with links imbedded in the text of the kindle version. The only book you will need to deal with this challenging life event.

This is a great, simply and clearly written book on a wide range of factors that effect the coming of Menopause. It is a great reference book for me, and I read it over and over.
