Lady Sophia was certain Harry a second son would offer for her, all she wanted was one kiss to see if there was a spark before she made any decision. After all what's a kiss with an almost betrothed? Until she kissed the wrong brother! Excellent short story Richard and Sophia had the chemistry lots of witty bander a little grovelling on his part some steamy scenes make for perfect short story, quick read highly recommend .
Dancing with the Duke
Charlotte Grant has loved her best friends brother for ever, he's never paid attention to her only saw her as an extension to his little sister, shy akward Charlotte. All that changes when a gorgeous woman is all he can see, not the shy little girl that was his shadow. Now he's the one that can't keep away, not even his title as Duke can make her look his way. Enticing romance that will keep you turning the pages of this sexy ugly duckling into swan love story.
Lady Hathaway's Indecent Proposal
Miranda Hathaway loved only one man Andrew Osborne. Coerced into giving up the man she gave her heart to, she married the older wealthier Lord Hathaway to save her family. Twelve years later and a widow she wants a chance to experience what might have been with Andrew even through deception. Andrew now an Earl accepts the proposition, only for a chance to show her what she threw away all those years ago. The deception is on both their hearts, can the past be laid to rest? Touching story of forgiveness and second chances.

Isobel his mother's young companion is mistaken for a courtesan in training, Milton believes she's there for his pleasure which gets him in hot water with Isobel. Isobel is in hiding from a cruel relative all she needs is to find a new position. Maybe Robert Milton is just the solution. Sweet novella perfect for a rainy day. Cozy characters with a sexy storyline.
Great collection by Suzanna Medeiros.
Received a copy from the author for my honest unbiased opinion .
During a masked ball, Sophie Crandle mask gives her the courage she needs to follow the man she expects will propose to her following him into the gardens. Sophie summons the nerve to ask for the one thing she thinks will ensure her love for him. Unfortunately Sophie ends up kissing the guy’s brother Richard the Earl of Dearbourne. I really liked this story of mistaken identity the story moved quite nicely and even though Richard was supposed to be a cad he seemed pretty nice. Sophie was a lot of fun too and I really was cheering her on. I rated the story four stars.
When Charlotte Grant was younger she loved Alexander “Alex” Thompson the Duke of Clarington. Charlotte now older still loves Alex but decides to enjoy her season. His mother decides to sponsor Charlotte for the season. Alex thinks he wants to avoid Charlotte but at a dance he is instead entranced by her. Alex becomes more and more frustrated as Charlotte pays attention to everyone else but him. I just loved this story and out of all the novellas this one was my favorite. I loved Charlotte’s wit, intelligence and easy going attitude to have fun also to play with Alex a little. He was a little stiff maybe because he was a Duke so is supposed to be like that and also somewhat grouchy considering his feelings I totally understand. Still I couldn’t help but like him and did have a small crush on him. I rated the story five stars.
Miranda Hathway loved Andrew Osborne marrying the Viscount Hathaway instead. One week after her husband the Viscount has passed away and Miranda wants Andrew again. Of course Miranda also needs Andrew’s help in conceiving a child. Andrew now the Earl of Sanderson is not so easily swayed by Miranda but decides to help her for three weeks. Out of the novellas this is the one I liked the least and kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. I didn’t really care for Miranda and her using Andrew like that. I just think Andrew could have done so much better than Miranda. I know he cared for her but I just didn’t like both used the bedroom action for their own gains. I rated this story three stars.
Robert Milton’s future as the Duke of Beckworth valet is uncertain since the Duke has died. Robert’s mother also dies and her companion Isabel has taken over the household. Robert is attracted to Isabel unfortunately Isabel is betrothed to someone else. As opposed to Dukes and ladies this book is a little different about lower class which I liked. I just liked Robert and Isabel both. I liked Isabel for being so resourceful and helping out by paying everyone in the household’s wage. She was kind and considerate to everyone even when Robert was a bit mean to her at times. Robert seemed like a good guy too. I think he was just sulky because of everything that was happening around him so I did kind of feel sorry for him. The only thing I did wonder who was picked to be Duke since the Duke had no heir? Still I liked the story and rated it four stars.
