These pills really work! I never write reviews (usually only read them), but I felt I had to share how Candida Support helped me with my chronic yeast infection. For many years I had constant UTIs, which as you may know cause you to get a yeast infection. I was given Diflucan from my gyno so many times that eventually I became immune to it. I started going to Crossfit and never sweat so much in my life at the gym...which brought on another yeast infection. Even after taking Diflucan 2x over two weeks, the yeast infection still came back.
I did a ton of research online and found Candida Support. After reading hundreds of reviews, I combined a few different people's routines and it worked!! I am so happy with the results that I wanted to share back with everyone incase you are in a similar situation that I was.

With breakfast or lunch:
1 Candida Support
1 Garlic Kyolic (these are great and no garlic aftertaste/reflux)
1 Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids 1000mg Veg Caps
Drink tons of water throughout the day to flush your system
With Dinner:
1 Candida Support
1 Garlic Kyolic
1 d'lenolate
After dinner I chewed 3 Papaya Enzyme pills
Shortly before bed:
1 Probiotic (50 billion)
Native Remedies Candidate (drops in a glass of water)

This may seem like a lot but after a week you get used to it and most importantly it works!! If you've struggled for a while and can't find a solution - try this routine and it should work for you. One other important thing to note is you NEED to change your diet. I have a big sweet tooth and love candy but after doing much research, I learned how bad sugar and a large intake of carbs is for your body. I started following the Keto diet (low sugar, low carb). I stopped eating sugar and cut out all white flour and food items with high carbs (think pizza, pasta, etc.). I need to stress that diet is an important part of getting rid of a yeast infection. After 1 month of this routine, I was doing well and the infection went away. I then went on vacation to Texas for a week and decided to treat myself with BBQ and Tex mex and did not keep to my diet. After a week of eating poorly, my yeast infection came back - which made me fully convinced how important diet plays a role in getting rid of a yeast infection. It takes a little more work and may involve cooking some more than usual but there are tons of Keto recipes online.

A low carb, low sugar diet along with this routine (including Candida Support) should help you with your yeast infection. If you are looking at this review, you are most likely willing to try anything to find a solution. Give it try - you have nothing to lose!

To start, I made the mistake of not properly reading the label - which is a bit embarrassing - but that is why I got a product that was not good for my body personally. All the ingredients in this supplement are fine for me save one - the one that is the highest percentage of RDA consumption which is why I am embarrassed I somehow overlooked it: BIOTIN

Biotin is an essential nutrient and can be very helpful to the body, skin, hair and nails. The needed dose will depend on you, your needs and your tolerances. For me, I am sensitive to Biotin. While I have aged past my years of youth, I still have naturally oily skin and hair with the occasional hormonal pimple, but when I take too much Biotin it makes me turn into a literal teenage greaseball with - if I don't catch it soon enough - cystic acne!

I took this supplement for almost week before I noticed something was wrong. I had very oily facial skin, and I thought, "Oh it's just getting warmer". Then my hair was oily by the middle of my work shift. I thought, "Oh, I didn't rinse my conditioner well enough today!" but it was worse the next day and the next. I knew something was up and I looked at the bottle and saw this guy contains everything on the front label on the back + 2 other items including a mere 45mg of Magnesium and the kicker... a whopping 2000mcg (i.e. 6667% RDA) of Biotin.

Although I had been happy with this pill's gentler effects on my tummy compared to the pure oil of oregano I had been taking before, I stopped taking this supplement immediately and drank a ton of water as Biotin is a water-soluble nutrient. Within a day or two the oiliness was gone and the only telltale leftover sign was a nasty cyst on my shoulder I had to nurse well.

So, this is a good supplement for gut health only if you are not sensitive to Biotin. If you are, steer clear! If you find you are and you didn't know you were - well, stop taking this pill and consume a lot of water - it will get better quickly because Biotin is water-soluble. Best of luck to you!
