Each morning, I make the family shot glasses of "Super Juice". I keep a blend of organic grape juice and pomegranate juice (sometimes I substitute the pomegranate w/ blueberry or something else) in a pitcher in the fridge for this purpose as well.
For the kids during the summer I put a half dropper of (about 3,000 IUs) in the shot glass and fill it the rest of the way with juice. My wife and I do the same but with a full 5,000 IU dropper. In the winter the kids get the full 5,000 IU dropper and the wife and I go with two full rounds (total 10,000 IUs), one in the morning and one in the evening.
Everyone loves it.
Caution don't take them when you might need to sleep as they keep you awake.
