more!! I cannot get enough of the intense chemistry between Ms. Andre's characters, Drake & Rosa are no exception!!
Bella is an amazing storyteller...Drake is sexy, totally intense & Rosa is sweet, passionate and I fell in love with them both!!
I cannot wait for the next in this series!!
Now That I’ve Found You is Ms. Andre’s latest release in this series, the first in the New York branch of the Sullivan family. This story is about the super-hot, Drake Sullivan, a world famous artist, and the beautiful Rosalind Bouchard, a reality show star.
Drake has a major show in a matter of weeks, but he is cannot paint! Looking out on his cliffs, he sees her. As he watches her, he realizes he HAS to paint her. Rosa’s life is in turmoil. Some degenerate secretly put a camera in her hotel room and filmed her getting dressed and bathing and has now sold the photos. She runs to the one place she remembers spending time with her father. The cliffs of Montauk, NY. Drake’s cliffs.
This is a beautifully written story of healing, and learning to trust again. I love the way Drake teaches Rosa to trust in people again by being that totally gorgeous man, both inside and out. And did I say HOT!?!? I love the way Ms. Andre developed the story of how Rosa feels about the photos and how she starts to realize that she is not at fault. I think my favorite part of the book is when Rosa tells Drake to use the….. Nope, no spoilers, let me just say that this scene is a major point in showing how Rosa has gained her strength back.
I was gifted with a copy of this marvelous book for my honest opinion. And in my honest opinion, you cannot go wrong in reading this book. Yes, you do need to One-Click it! I did
OK Bella, you gave just enough of a hint about Suzanne’s story coming out this fall, I cannot wait to read it as well. Kudos on another OUTSTANDING book!
Drake Sullivan, the youngest sibling of the new Sullivan clan, is a successful artist who is blocked. He goes to the Hamptons to try to find his “muse”. One day, he sees a woman on the cliffs outside his cabin and he is inspired to paint again, although he never paints women. Rosa Bouchard ran away from her reality TV life after someone posted unsolicited naked pictures of her. She is hiding her identity.
As with many of the Sullivan novels, the connection for Drake is immediate. One thing I really appreciate about the novels is that once they understand this person is “the one”, they don't try to fight it. They just go all in and work hard to get what they want. Rosa took a little longer to come around, but she finally got there without too much angst. We got to meet all the new Sullivans and do a brief check-in with Smith! I love that Bella always touches base with characters that we know and love. Looking forward to the next book. I received a copy of this book for an honest review.
