So on to the book -- the book is able to span an audience from beginners to seasoned practitioners on meditation. It does this by using every day language. While Cory can woo-woo with the best of them, here he choses to use words, stories, and quotes that resonate broadly. (the quotes are sprinkled through in large graphic fonts and tie into the content of the chapter).
Best of all this book is actionable -- with exercises and guiding principles, served up with the guidance that you have to make this your own experience, your own path. Cory lays out what works for him and reflects on years of wisdom-mining and research. This is not a light book by any means, it has depth. He's been working on it many years, and that shows in the quality. This book is dense with value, packed with pearls.
We all need more Cory in our lives!
