I use it, my dad uses it, my son, my friend... we all feel better when taking a few of these every day. Minnesota just started getting dark at about 5pm and this has been a Godsend these last few weeks. Effective D3 & K2, that helped us both

Purchased this D3 & K2 to help with our low levels in both & to support other small health concerns. This was the first version we tried with K2 included, and it will probably be the only one we will ever need. These have lifted both of our levels back to normal, with my wife's levels almost doubling.

When this supplement arrived, we always check to see it our pill bottles are sealed tight, and this one was sealed very well. It had a pull-seal around the lid, as well as a tight seal under the lid. The bottle was only half full, which is usually the case with pills. These capsules are off-white in colors and are on smaller size for most supplements.

The same day the pills arrived, we opened them and they had a light smell, that was fresh. The bottle says to take 1 capsules 1 to 2 times daily with food; we take ours at breakfast. To try these out, we started off with one pill for each of us, just for a few days to be sure these worked without causing added discomfort or other side effects.

We have been taking these for a few months and they have helped us both with multiple issues. Besides raising our levels, they also improved our overall mood, have given us extra energy & help us fight off sickness. Plus since they did not cause any problems & work well for us with only taking one, that is what we decided to stick with everyday.

Our family doctor recommended we start taking D3 (preferably one with K2) about 2 years ago; and per our doctor we should look for one with at least 1000 IU. This brand has the 1000 IU in one pill, and includes 45 mcg of K2 for absorption help & a few other health benefits.

Pros:
Easy to take, small size pill
Helped to raise our low levels back to normal
GMO free and have no wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, and more
Not bitter & no bad aftertaste
Helps with our overall mood & energy
& Keeps us from getting sick as well

Cons:
Has a few other ingredients, that are not needed...this is a major complaint we have with many different supplements.

Overall we love this brand of D3 with K2 and would recommend these to anyone that is looking for help boost their levels, as well their mood, energy or immune system. We already recommended this D3 & K2 to some of our friends & family members, since we believe this supplement is effective & will help them as well.

This is the only vitamin D3 around that i could find that has K2 . Now foods people know that you need K2 to help the D3 to the bones and areas that without would go straight to the blood stream and could be harmful.Now foods has great product and Swanson's is # 1. I didn't give a 5 star only because i would like a larger dosage. Make sure to get you D level checked so you can get the proper dosage.
