This is a wonderful product! I recently suffered a terrible leg break and needed surgery. I am a fitness trainer so my injury has put me out of work for a predicted year.
I immediately started looking for anything that would help to heal bones and get me walking sooner. I had collagen pills that I would use occasionally for bone strength but they are huge and hard to take. I knew I needed to kick it up a notch to heal so I bought this, only a week later, I'm not sure how it's affecting my broken bones as of yet but I am restoring my knee ROM rapidly and my nails and skin look great!
What I have been most impressed with is that is completely dissolves and doesn't add any unpleasant flavor. I put a teaspoon in my morning coffee and a tablespoon in my evening tea. It also satiates me for bit. It makes the beverage a bit thicker but really doesn't affect flavor at all. I have always used protein powders and different energy boosting mixes, this is the first thing that I can't taste at all and adds no grit.
I am completely satisfied and would recommend!!

I like that it dissolves well, quickly. It's almost tasteless. I don't taste it all in my coffee. In my tea, I don't like it as well. I don't taste it, I just don't like anything in my tea. It's non-GMO and gluten-free. It has 57 servings of type 1&3 collegen at a reasonable price. It is unflavored, hydrolyzed peptides. Overall, the only thing I wish it had type 2 collegen as well. But there are varied opinions on whether it should be taken at same time as type 1 &3, or whether you need 5 types together to work well. I'm not an expert in collegen. I am just happy it's pastured raised beef, and it mixes in well and is a price I can afford. I have used it in recipe as well. I think it's a good deal as most brands are just type 1&3 and cost a lot more.
