    amazing
This product is amazing. the volume on the device itself only turns up to 30 but as long as you have the volume on your phone up it’s plenty loud and u can always make it louder using the radio to turn it up. super easy to use and haven’t noticed a problem with hearing static in the background. definitely would recommend this product especially for the price it is.

I recently installed this Bluetooth adapter in my 2008 Mercedes E320, and it has completely transformed my driving experience. Here’s why I think it’s a must-have for anyone looking to upgrade their car's tech.

**Installation:** The installation was straightforward and only took about 2 minutes. The adapter fit seamlessly into the existing system. The instructions were clear, making it easy.

**Sound Quality:** The sound quality is impressive. The audio is crisp, and I noticed no lag when streaming music from my phone.

**Connectivity:** Pairing my phone was quick and easy. It connects instantly every time I get in the car, which is a huge convenience. I can also connect multiple devices, allowing my passengers to share their playlists without any issues.

**Overall Value:** Given the price point, the quality and convenience this Bluetooth adapter offers is outstanding. It’s a fantastic upgrade that modernizes my E320 without the need for a complete audio overhaul.

In conclusion, if you own a 2008 Mercedes E320 and want to enjoy the benefits of Bluetooth connectivity, this adapter is an excellent investment. It brings my car into the modern age, making every drive more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I have a van from an era where there was no real reason to hook up your phone to your car (also known as not that long ago). That mean no native bluetooth connectivity, no Aux input (or more correctly any port use to send audio to the radio), only an cd player, tape slot, and a good old fm receiver. When I finally reached the point where I could not longer physically stand the local radio stations, I was in trouble. I needed to find a way to listen to something better, something I could access on my phone. I am not made of money and I was not looking to spend more than $30.00. I tried those tape adapters, but they did not really work consistently, especially since my sister thought the best way to make them work was to pull on the audio jack, which over time fully broke them. Then one day while trying to buy yet another tape adapter I saw something that gave me hope. I saw a bluetooth to fm transmitter. Quickly I changed the search terms and found this product. My expectations were not all that high given that at least five other legitimate listing of this product sold by other companies (Clearly this was a generic electronic sold to companies who then stick their own branding on it, which is not uncommon). My first month or so with it was mediocre, and the fact I can even say that is an amazing thing. I had an issue with the cigarette lighter (That is what car power ports are called because of their original use) this product was plugged into. The port was very loose, to the extent that plugging in a USB to charge my phone would power off the transmitter. Somehow though with this product getting the most unstable power provided to it, it was still able to transmit with a barely acceptable amount of static (unless the windshield wipers were on). Eventually I fixed the cigarette lighter and the world changed. The static was mostly gone (it is still barely audible in the background of the music and of course in the silence), and I could charge my famously low battery life phone with its preferred amperage 2.1 amps (and 5 volts but anything powered via a USB port will be 5 volts), which means that I could top off my phone pretty effectively on even short drives. The fact that it attempts to auto connect to my phones bluetooth when it is powered on is amazing, because I don't want to spend too much setting it up before I drive. Actually, the only setup I have to do is play my music on my phone (given that my bluetooth is on, and the radio station has not been changed). The initial setup was not all that difficult either. All I had to do, was plug it in, pair it with my phone (It is always set to pair mode when no device is connected, and the name is displayed as T10), set the fm frequency (or channel or station whatever word you prefer) I wanted it to broadcast on and change my radio to the frequency. For better sound quality it is recommended to set the frequency to one not already being broadcasted on. In my area 100.1 (mHz) was just static so I chose that. It should be pointed out that if some person rolled up to me at a stoplight and was enjoying listening to the static (Not judging) on 100.1, they would hear hear what ever I was listening to. Of course unless by chance the person in the next lane was listening to the static on the exact same frequency I was broadcasting (There are a lot of open frequencies in a given area so this is not a high chance), this will never be a problem for you. If you are a person who uses this to make calls, someone could (either by a small chance or by a lot of planning) listen to what the other person was saying (They could not hear your voice as it is not transmitted on the fm side). You could solve that by going on your phone and setting the device to only receive media audio and not call audio (This works on android, but I am not sure if those who use iPhone have that setting, but maybe that is a good reason to switch :) ). One problem I can see (but have not had the chance to encounter... yet...) is while travailing you might end up in an area where there is a signal being broadcasted on your chosen frequency. Depending on where your cigarette lighter is this could be more or less of a problem (I am on the more sadly because I need to duck down to read the display on the device). To address some questions I saw about this product:

PLEASE READ BEFORE ASKING A QUESTION

~There is no power button. If your cars is one that continues to power the cigarette lighters when the car is off and keys out of the ignition, remember to unplug it. I should note that very few people will have to worry about this.

~You cannot change the bluetooth display name without firmware modifications.

~It does not have a caller ID feature, or a now playing feature. The LCD Display listes the name of the connected device and other status indicators. On start up it does diplay your battery voltage (The number should be between 12 and 15. If it lower than 12 your car battery might be dead (: )

~If your device's paired and unpaired voice messages change languages on you, press the center circle button for 5 seconds or so.

~This device will work as long as you have:
    1. An FM radio in your car.
    2. Your phone has bluetooth connectivity, or a headphone jack or you have a micro sd card with your music on it.
    3. A Cigarette lighter port in your car (THE STANDARD CAR POWER PORT)
    4. Your car battery is not dead (:
    5. There is power going to the device

~The neck is flexible to an extent

~You need to press the skip track button to switch between bluetooth and sd.

~The FM Station can be changed (in a pretty standard fm range)

    ~Cannot transmit on AM frequencies

~You can use hands free calling if you want.

~All setting are remembered when it is powered off.

~Q: Does this work with *Name of phone*
A:Bluetooth is Bluetooth is Bluetooth. If your phone has Bluetooth it will work.

~The USB port is for power only. You can charge your phone (or other usb device) thats it.

~It does have "Fast charging" which as of the current time is any device which outputs 2 amp power.

~You can only pair with one phone at a time. to connect a different phone you must disconnect the first.

~To use voice commands you have to start what ever voice command prompt on your phone.

~It can transmit any audio app on your phone, controls will vary, but works with most major audio apps.

~Q: Can I listen to *audio source* while waiting on a call
A: A call will pause you music until you end or deny a call. Unless your car radio can play to sources at once (it can't) you will not be able to play a cd, or sirius xm (unless its trough your phone) or a tape or a different fm station and wait for a call.

This is simply TOO COOL and functional for words. First it is extremely intuitive (didn't even have to read the manual...just looked at the quick start guide which showed what each button does). And, as important, it is much safer to use, while driving, versus fumbling around on your smartphone or iPod/iPad, when playing music on your car stereo (more on that, below). I have several older model vehicles which do not have Bluetooth and this solves a huge problem, elegantly and simply.

When I am driving on the highway, I use my iPad Air 2 for music, with all of my iTunes playlists loaded onto it. Getting that music into my car's sound system was not possible, before I found this wonderful device. First I plug the Nulaxy into the car's accessory plug-in, which turns it on automatically. Then, I turn on the iPad (or any smartphone with Bluetooth) and ask for it to "find" and "pair" with other devices, at which time it finds the Nulaxy automatically (when the Nulaxy is plugged in and "on"). Then open iTunes or other music player on your device and start up a song. Then go to the Nulaxy and use the upper two buttons above the "dial knob", to go up or down the FM station selections to find a clear signal where you can hear the music playing from your device. And you are done with that "launch" step.

Here is where this device is so much safer to use than fumbling with your music player device.

    A) If you want to mute, for an incoming call, you simply push the illuminated blue button in the center of the dial, which automatically pauses the song that is playing on your device, to allow silence for taking a phone call or other reasons needing silence. You can also put the phone call into your car stereo system with a couple of button pushes. And you can recall the last number dialed with a couple of button pushes on the center dial. And when you are done, just push the center button again and it goes back to playing music where you left off.

    B) Push the forward and reverse buttons without taking your eyes off the road, to advance to the next song, or go back.

    C) Turn up the volume by spinning the round dial (just like you would on your car's stereo dash controls). Or, alternately, use the volume up or down buttons, which flank the round dial that does the same thing. I use the round dial instead of the car's volume control because I first turn up my music player device to close to 100% for the best sound transmission and then use the Nulaxy volume control to go up or down. I found this to be the best mix for optimum sound. Although, if desired, you can still use your car's audio system dials for volume. Multiple options for the safest mode for your needs.

    D) And a great feature which covers all the bases...let's say you have a music player that does not have Bluetooth (maybe an old ipod, or a cassette player or whatever) and you want to get the music from your device onto your car audio system using the Nulaxy. The Nulaxy has a 3.5mm stereo mini plug port on the side of the unit that allows you to run a simple stereo cord from the headphone jack on your player, into the Nulaxy, which then transmits the signal to an FM station on your car stereo. Good engineering to be the most user friendly and feature rich.

    E) There is also a TF Card port on the side of the unit, which allows you to use a TF Card or Micro SD card in the Nulaxy. I have not used this feature so I can't comment on its usefulness.

    F) And the last feature worth mentioning is that there is a USB charging port on the back side of the part that plugs into the accessory outlet of your car (cigarette lighter style port). So you can plug your device into this to keep it charged while driving and using the Nulaxy. Great for extended periods in which you want to conserve battery on your smartphone or player. CAUTION though, which most people may already know. You probably do not want to use your cigarette lighter port (if you have a dual port..one for accessories and one for a cigarette lighter), because if you plug anything into a cigarette lighter port, for an extended time, it will cause that port to overheat and possibly cause damage to the wiring and/or your device plug. I made that mistake at one time and plugged something into the cigarette lighter to charge, while I was using the alternate accessory port for the Nulaxy. After about 20 minutes, I reached up to control something on the radio panel and noticed that entire area of my dashboard felt very hot to the touch and would have probably short circuited or started a fire, had I not discovered the over heating by accident. So be careful with this potential hazard.

All in all this is a fantastic little unit, which works extremely well and is very user friendly with all of the features one could possible think of, for mobile music linked to your car stereo. I plan on buying a second one to keep in my powerboat and for use in other vehicles.

It does a great job doing that but if you want to take calls make sure your windows are down and your fans are off as it will pick up EVERYTHING and make it difficult for the person on the other side of the line to hear you. I did only get this for the bluetooth so I have no other feedback besides the fact that bluetooth feature works really well - just match up the radio channel to each other and boom - you have working bluetooth in a vehicle that isn't equipped with one.

The LCD is a nice touch, and I enjoy using the skip button which works really well. The default voice I couldn't care less about. The connection is very quick and connects to my phone without problem or having to manually prompt it to every time I get into the car which is another plus.

The USB charging is indeed fast - at least from what I observed. I utilize GPS on my iPhone a lot having to navigate through the City with my new job and the USB charging keeps my phone fresh.

It also has an adjustable arm to move the transmitter in an ideal spot for you, of course its limited to the length but it works for the 2003 CR-V because it can avoid the hand-brake right in the middle of the console.

After having had a few FM transmitters over the past (feels like) decades or so, This one does 'what it says on the tin'. "The guru of FM transmitters".
Used on a 2008 Astra, no aux available, just connected up via cigarette lighter and synch to 87.5fm.
Great large clear screen makes it easy to see what you are doing. With the screen on continually, it also makes it easier to see without having to click on it to 'waken it up'.
'Next' and 'back' buttons are large and work perfect for me using Spotify. (Still to test out on sd card or usb pen drive).
    Charger works perfect also.
Easy to install and instructions are great and easy to follow.
Quality of both Music through car radio and telephone quality is so good.
To note - Volume needs to be raised a couple of clicks to hear clearly, so be aware if changing radio station to another channel. Volume button on device is in great location, but I tend to use steering wheel controls.
Just bought another one for my wife's car.
