5.0 out of 5 stars wouldn't turn on at first, now fixed!
Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on February 28, 2020
when i got two of these at first they only had a blue screen and a few lights turned on but they were not working. after contacting the manufacturer they said "it sounds like a power supply issue" so i looked on the back of the turntable and underneath the input for the power cord there is a switch "115V 60hc / 230V 50hc" my switch was on 230v 50hc. so i flipped the switch to 115v 60hc and my turntables turned on and now everything is awesome.
i did see a few 1 star reviews with my same problem but they seemed to never find out how to fix the issue.

now i am banging music loud and proud with every function working properly
