Ive been using Amazon for years and this is my first one star review... Way to go guys.
Index the book and I will gladly revise my review.
I absolutely love this book! I use it for writing up all my care plans while pursuing my BSN. I have had other care plan books recommended/required by my professors, but I never use them because they're nowhere near as well-laid out and written as this book. I constantly have my peers ask to use my book, and many of them end up getting a copy of their own because its very user-friendly.
General layout: In the front of the book it has all the main and minor medical diagnosis with nursing diagnosis and related factors listed right underneath them. Then all you have to do is look up the nursing diagnosis which is alphabetized within the book! It also gives you a complete care plan without all the BS that Ive found in other care plan books. Overall this book is meant for both student nurses and nurses within the field. Get this book, you wont regret it!
