Our products are manufactured in a Sugar Free and Gluten Free facility. They do not contain any hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils. It is made in America using only premium, all natural no genetically engineered ingredients.

At Nutilight, every process and every step during production is controlled to our high standards to ensure the safety and superior quality of our products. Every aspect during production is subject to inspection, from the selection of raw materials to finished product distribution.
We operate in a clean environment; sugar and gluten source products are excluded from our production facility.
To ensure quality control, the chocolate refining machine is equipped with a high efficiency automatic temperature control system. The process takes place in one self-contained machine until the products are fully refined and in compliance with our consistency, taste and texture standards.

Nutilight is one hundred percent natural and made from non-GMO ingredients exclusively. It is also sugar free, gluten free, has a low carbohydrate count, a low calorie count, and is full of nutritious fiber and Protein.
Due to the natural, sugar free ingredients, Nutilight can be eaten by diabetics and many dietary restrictions people as a Keto Diet and Paleo. In order to substitute the lack of sugar, Nutilight is not made from maltitol, sorbitol, or other artificial sweeteners. These sweeteners are known to cause a laxative effect on people. To compensate for the lack of sugar, natural sweeteners are used. These natural sweeteners are plant based.
If you are the type of person that finds it necessary to have a desert regularly or get your sweet fix, due to the all natural ingredients, Nutilight would be a wise choice. The importance of choosing a healthy sweet snack is important if you are: dietary restriction, trying to watch what you eat, concerned about your health, or just want to keep a lifestyle that is healthy.

1 jar of Nutilight Protein + (your favorite flavor)
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
6 tbsp butter, softened
1/2 cup Swerve Sweetener (or your favorite sugar substitute)
1 large egg, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325F and line a large baking sheet with parchment or a silicone liner.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder and salt.
In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter and butter until smooth. Beat in sweetener, then beat in egg and vanilla extract until well combined. Beat in almond flour mixture until well combined.
Using 1 tbsp of dough at a time, make a ball and then flatten it. Add a teaspoon of Nutilight Protein +, then top with a smaller bit of dough. Form the cookie carefully around the Nutilight to seal edges and flatten into a round cookie shape.
Place cookies 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheet and bake 12 to 14 minutes, until just beginning to brown around the edges. Remove and let cool on pan.
1 fully baked 22 cm (8 3/4 inch) tart shell (We used a graham cracker crust mixed with nuts)
2/3 cup or 200g Nutilight, at spreadable consistency
140g bittersweet chocolate
7 tbsp or 98g unsalted butter
1 large egg + 3 large egg yolks, at room temperature, stirred with a fork
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup or 140g hazelnuts, toasted
Preheat oven to 375F.
Melt the chocolate and butter separately and allow each one to cool to 40C (140F).
Spread the Nutilight at the bottom of the tart shell.
Mix the egg into the cooled down chocolate, stirring gently to avoid incorporating air. Add the yolks, little by little, and then the sugar. Finally, stir in the melted butter and keep stirring until you get a smooth, shiny creamy ganache. Pour on top of the Nutilight and sprinkle with the toasted hazelnuts.
Bake for 11 minutes. The sides of the tart should be set but the centre wobbly. The tart will also lose its sheen and appear dull on top. Let it cool to room temperature before serving, about 20 minutes. Any remaining tart can be stored in the fridge and eaten cold the next day.
2⅔ cups quick-cooking oats
1½ cups of Nutilight
¼ teaspoon fine salt
⅓ cup natural cocoa powder
Grind 2 cups of the oats in a food processor into a fine powder. Add the Nutilight and salt and process until a smooth mixture forms. Add the remaining ⅔ cup of oats and pulse to combine.
Roll level tablespoons of the dough into balls. Roll in the cocoa to coat. Repeat to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 5 days.
250 grams of Nutilight
400 grams Coconut Cream**
1 Tablespoon Water
1 1/2 teaspoons Gelatine
Optional: 2-3 teaspoons of Maple Syrup if you like your mousse sweeter.
Whipped Coconut Cream for serving **(the thickened part of an opened can of coconut cream or milk that has been left in the fridge overnight- you will need 2 400ml cans to get 400 grams)
Place the Nutilight and Cream in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until smooth and luke warm (approximately 4 minutes).
Meanwhile, sprinkle the gelatine over the water and allow to set.
Once the Nutilight and cream have warmed and become smooth add the gelatine and stir until dissolved. Taste at this point and add additional maple syrup as required.
Allow the Nutilight Mousse to cool slightly then pour into 4 serving glasses or bowls.
Place in the fridge and allow the mousse to set for 4-6 hours.
Serve with whipped Coconut cream
