So if you’re like me and you do a lot of research on everything including caffeine pills, this is a good buy for your money. It does not have a lot of additives and I was looking for something to give me energy without having to drink an energy drink, so what I’m gonna do is take half in the morning and see how I feel. If I need the other half I will take it and I will also give you guys an update, please like my description of the product as helpful. I would appreciate that and as far as easy to swallow super easy to swallow there’s small, so if you have a problem with swallowing pills, I don’t know why you’re looking at this product anyways. 😂

UPDATE: Right after I wrote this on, I opened up the bottle and it was already open for me so I contacted Amazon and the seller they were going to give me my money back. It’s been over a week and I’m still waiting for my money. I told him I’m not gonna take something that was in an open bottle. I don’t feel comfortable doing that and they agreed they said no problem will give you your money back. I’m still waiting for my refund so I can buy another bottle. I told him I don’t care if they give me cash I told them I don’t care if they give me an Amazon gift card because it was just gonna go right back to Amazon. They said no it’s OK will refund your money I’m still waiting.🙄😡 hey

This is a good product, but you need to know, they are capsules, you cannot cut them in half to take less. You want to wait till you really need it, cuz it is like a good strong cup of coffee. :) Nice for in the afternoon when you are working and very tired. Another customer warned, space them out, they are addicting, good warning, with any med, if you take too many too often , our bodies get used to it, and it won't do as much good, and then you will take more, etc etc, .

These are exactly as advertised, plain caffeine. I find 200 mg of these pills is almost less effective than a large cup of coffee which I know has less caffeine. I take these in the morning with 1 gram of taurine, ginseng extract, and maca extract. That's sufficient to get me going with my sleep issues usually. Instead of taking these multiple times a day like I used to I just use the little flavor squirt things for water that have around 60 mg of caffeine and B vitamins, sipping on that throughout my shift works better.

I am a somewhat frugal person but I am definitely a coffee addict as well. I take one pill in the morning and I drink one cup of coffee at work around 4 pm (because its free). I did the math, with 250 pills that is about .06 cents a day to get a caffeine fix. Compared to coffee at a shop it would take 83 days to spend the equivalent of one $5 cup of coffee. These pills are amazing! I take them every other day and they work really well. If you compare this to energy drinks or expensive Starbucks coffees it's a great deal. I haven't found anything cheaper that is this high quality and works so well. These are perfect for before a workout or when you are trying to power through some work after lunch. No issues getting to sleep at night or them working too good basically. As I was getting to the bottom of the bottle I did notice I had built a bit of a tolerance to them though, but that will be an issue for most caffeine pill options. Overall great product!

I bought these with the intent to dose about half the powder from a capsule at a time (approximate 100mg dosages). It baffles me you cannot buy caffeine supplements that are already 100mg - which would standardize a dose that approximates a single cup of coffee. But in trying to add the powder from this supplement to a drink, it will settle to the bottom and not dissolve at all. Your only option at that point is to just shoot the powder.

looks clean and I think yeah its got some filler if you look at the ingredients and what not but it does the job for making my own preworkout. Im not a caffeine junkie i think the preworkouts out there are too much caffeine and not enough of the good stuff like citrulline so these pills have really helped plus sometimes, i dont want any caffeine. the bottle looks nice and you get a ton of it. im sensitive so i twist the capsules off and pour the powder into something. 1 capsule makes about 0.44grams so 0.22g for 100mg caffeine is enough for me and should last quite a while
