If you are dairy free, BEWARE, it contains Sodium Caseinate (a milk derivative) 😭😤

I love this product for taste, usability and convenience but I was a bit disappointed to find that one of the ingredients is Sodium Caseinate (a milk derivative). It says on the label ALLERGENS: Milk, Tree Nut.

This lookes as though a 5 yr packaged it - lid was ajar w/ the tamper evident seal half on and the label was all wrinkled on affixed crooked. There's no country of origin. Furthermore, there is NO REASON that SODIUM CASEINATE should be added to it. I'm skeptical of the quality of this product and am NOT giving it to my son who has digestive issues.

I’m vegan and I bought this coconut milk and did not know is mix with cows milk was very disappointed they should write on the front that is mix I never look the ingredients because I thought I was buying coconut milk powder I think is miss leading

Thankfully, I am not using this for consumption because I did taste it and it tastes TERRIBLE compared to the one I ran out of that this is replacing. If I could get the brand I previously had, I would not have purchased this item. The tanish color when reconstituted is also very off-putting. I recommend avoiding this product.

I've never bought this type of product before, so nothing to compare to, but seems fine, plus it's the cheapest on Amazon. I might try the 5 lb Z Natural Foods for comparison. I chose coconut powder because it's supposed to help absorption of something else I'm taking.

At first I added it like creamer, but now I'm mixing a big spoon of it with a little sugar, mixing that together first before adding the hot water & seems to dissolve easier, plus I don't need tea or coffee & hot coconut milk tastes good by itself. I'll probably figure out a good sugar/coconut powder ratio and premix it, since it dissolves easier when mixed with sugar first.

I bought this to use as a coffee creamer. It is so very bitter and has almost a chemical-like smell/taste. Considering it is supposed to only be coconut milk, I don't know what is causing it, but it is disgusting. I tried adding cinnamon and sugar to help the taste, but the bitter chemical taste is too overpowering to mask. It does however blend well, if you mix it with a frother in a small amount of warm water before adding the rest of your coffee. I wish the taste was bearable. It is not. I read many positive reviews on the taste before ordering, but now realize they were all a few years old. I also noticed from the reviews thst the ingredients have changed since, so that is probably why people were saying it was slightly sweet, smooth, and had a hint of coconut flavor. It definitely does not. It cannot be returned and so I wanted to put up an honest review to help people avoid wasting money on a product they likely will not be able to stomach.
