Every one I've had has been an analog--this one was $50.00 more than the first NuWave. I could have saved money buying a digital but didn't want it. They are well worth the money at least the analog is. (I had one that was rebuilt but didn't care for it--it was bought on Ebay. It worked OK but wasn't like new. I don't have good luck with rebuilt.)
Then, while visiting with my step-son who lives in another state, he purchased a Nu-Wave also. Since we were staying at his house, we were able to see how easy it was, even for this rather inept chef, to produce a healthy and delicious meal in half the usual cooking time.
We have now been using our own Nu-Wave oven 6-8 months and love it. Since we live on a boat, we were concerned about the amount of power it would draw and the heat it would generate. We are more than happy because we need not have worried. It surpasses our toaster oven, microwave, and range top by far, in amperage usage and heat conduction. This says nothing of the wonderful meals I have been able to create! I don't use my regular oven, range, or microwave very often. I really don't need to anymore with the versatility of this device.
