This book uses metric units, which I really don't care about as you can ask Siri or Google (by voice) to do the conversion for you, then simply make the notations in the book.
There's also the fact that although conversions may be a small inconvenience, Googling the names of some of the ingredients just to cook something is just, well, wrong. To be honest, I didn't even bother to look any of them up, so I can't even speak to the availability of some of these items. Then there's the fact that that the recipes in this book require quite a bit of cooking before you even get to the oven part, which defeats the whole purpose of the convenience of the oven itself!
I think my main gripe about this book, which is the reason I bought it, was the blatantly false (or let's just call a lie a lie) statement that relates to the NuWave oven as quote "...if you have one, you know it includes only a small pamphlet of recipes...".
This book is sub-titled "101 Delicious recipes...", which is true. However, the "small pamphlet" they refer to happens to have 72 pages of recipes 2-4 *per page*. In addition, it gives detailed instructions directly relevant to the use of the oven as well as general tips. And when I say tips, I mean tips for each category.
If you read the description you'll notice, for example, their claim of "even pizza". True. Two recipes. The book included with the oven has 8, not to mention the page at the beginning of the pizza section. Yes. Section. The included book is divided into 11 sections.
Buy the oven, leave this book mouldering away in some out of the way warehouse.
At the very least, observe a moment of silence for the trees that had to die for this thing to be published.
