not good quality- broke/ripped after a few weeks

I would like to acknowledge that after writing this review the seller contacted me and offered me a full refund for my damaged cords. They were very professional and wanted to make my experience with them corrected so that I was satisfied with the outcome. I truly appreciate their efforts and have changed my review to 5 stars.I purchase these cords, but they were not very good quality. First issue I had was they slipped out of the USB ports really easily. then after only a few weeks I have had 2 of them come apart (see picture). Of course it is past Amazon 30 day return, so I can not get an exchange or refund for these defected cords. I would not recommend these to anyone, very disappointed with my purchase. :-(
