I bought 10 OKGEAR GC18AKM SATA cables. The package says "Supported SATA 6Gbit technology. It does not. I just about sent back my motherboard to Amazon until I figured it out. It crashed my computer again and again. I could not play any movies, transfer any data of consequence. I did a check of the part number on the cable on Globalspec Engineering Search Engine entering this info, "Lian Feng E209329 Serial ATA 26AWG AWM 21149 30V 80 (Degree's C) FT1 FT2 -F- " and it came back SATA II on every site. I did another search on the part number only "GC18AKM" and it came back under SATA II everytime. The price was too good to be true and it was. OKGEAR.com lists other products on their website that say SATA 6Gbits and they might be, but NOT this cable. DON'T WASTE YOUR DATA OR MONEY.
