I wasn’t expecting much because the item was less than $10, and I’m used to paying at least double that for a decent screen protector. It came nicely packaged in a thick cardboard binder with wet and dry wipes along with a soft cloth and dust remover sticker. I wiped down my iPad with the wet wipes first and then went over it with the dry wipe. The screen was clean and dust free with just those wipes, so I did not need the soft cloth or sticker. Then I slowly applied the screen protector from the top right corner (I previously read other reviews that the hinge method from the instructions did not work well) and slowly peeled away the film so the screen protector would gently fall on my iPad. It was the easiest application ever. I had probably three bubbles at the end that I pushed two out with the mini card they provided. For the third stubborn bubble, I had to lift and remove an edge until I reached the bubble, then I repositioned the screen, and voila, no more bubbles! I was very impressed with the glass screen protector. It is not very obvious there is a protector; because it is glass, it feels like the ipad’s natural screen, but better because there are no more fingerprints or smudges! In the questions section, someone asked about glare, and I must admit the glare on the screen is very strong; I could use my iPad as a mirror when the screen is black, so that may be a con for some. Nonetheless, I’m very impressed!

Most effective installation ever

This is the best screen protector I've used for any of my devices. The main reason for this is because the installation process is extremely efficient, yet simple: they provide a cleansing cloth + drying cloth, a small microfiber cloth, a sticker to remove dust particles. After proper installation, there are very few air tiny bubbles that fade away after a day or so if you gently break them apart.
I have been using this screen protector for the 9 months I have used my iPad. I use my iPad for several hours nearly every day with my apple pencil as I am a university student and use it mainly for taking notes, drawing diagrams, etc.
This screen protector took the fall for my iPad when I was using a flimsy case, forgot my iPad was in my backpack and tossed it vigorously onto the ground. A tiny crack appeared, and thankfully it was just on the screen protector and not the actual screen. Keep in mind there are some falls that no screen protector can save you against, so it is important to be gentle and careful with your electronics, but this screen protector definitely shields against normal use and the occasional roughness.

The screen protector itself protects the screen well but does not have any sort of anti-fingerprint technology, I found myself cleaning the screen constantly. But the worst thing about this product is the strange residue it leaves behind after removal. My screen protector had gotten scratched so it had to be replaced and upon removal, I realized that my actual iPad screen looked like it had some kind of defect. It looked greenish towards the bottom near the home button and had lots of green cloudiness all over the screen. I tried wiping it off with a cloth and it was NOT coming off. I tried using my fingers to see if it would at least smudge and it seemed unchanged. I was freaking out and was ready to take my iPad into the Apple Store because I thought something had happened to the screen, like maybe some weird chemical got underneath the screen protector and it's just been soaking into the screen for God knows how long. Anyway, I work for an eye doctor and we have this eyeglass cleaning solution so I decided to try that on the screen. With that cleaning spray a cloth and extreme pressure, I was finally able to get rid of the residue. It was frustrating having to do this though, I don't like applying that much pressure to the screen (I was pushing VERY hard) and it took a good five minutes. I have used glass screen protectors forever, from several different manufacturers and I've never had an issue like this before. I will not be buying this item again and I don't recommend it to anyone else.

My review was initially 1 star but the company contacted me to try and remedy the situation. For this fact alone, I raised the review to 3 stars. I appreciate a company that backs their product and does everything they can within reason to satisfy their customers.

Original review:
The directions for installation were clear and the product installed easily. My new iPad Pro 10.5 felt very protected. The surface was smooth and felt nice to the touch. If you do not use an Apple pencil with your iPad pro this product is a great one to recommend and you need not read further.

For myself, as a designer, I rely on the Apple pencil with my iPad Pro as a sort of Wacam-like tablet. Within 24 hours of installing the screen protector, I was all set to use it in my normal manner for work, and unfortunately I had to remove it as it did not work with the Apple pencil. Normally I work through an app called Astropad which allows me to draw and fine tune vector art in Illustrator. Without the screen protector, the apple pencil works brilliantly. With this particular screen protector the pencil would have weird jerky and delayed responses to input or it just couldn't recognize the Pencil's touch to the screen. Because I had read on the instructions that you could reinstall the screen protector, and I needed to complete my project, I removed the screen protector thinking I would try reinstalling it when I was done. Gummy residue was left in various places on my screen, and though I tried to put the original film back on the screen protector to protect it while I awaited my return.... it's about impossible to perfectly place it. Edges immediately collected dust and particles, rendering the screen protector completely useless for reinstalling.

If you rely on the Apple Pencil...take a pass on this screen protector. I'm off to try another one and hope I have more success!

This is perhaps the best tempered glass I’ve used, till date!
It came with tools to install the piece. It included a wet wipe, dry wipe, microfiber cloth, stickers for placement and for dust removal, and was even packaged well so that the tempered glass arrives in good condition.
The anti fingerprint coating is better than most, for sure! It doesn’t smudge. The glass itself is smooth and very clear.
It was easy to install and the installation was bubble free.
I’d recommend this for sure. In fact i liked it so much I’m looking for more tempered glass made by this company for my phone etc.

If you can live with the price of this tempered glass, let me assure this, this is worth every penny (well almost). It’s super easy to install. Comes in a great packaging. Is smooth and fits perfectly well. Crystal clear visibility. How prone is it to scratches? Haven’t tested that long. And yes, Apple Pencil works just fine. But gets a little more slippery feel to it while you are scribbling.
