Brighter Isn’t Always Better 3 Years in the making, our second iteration of our Arc lens technology (Arc-Lens) - Crafted around the powerful OPT7070 CREE to provide the only LED headlight with the PROPER beam pattern using the ideal balance of Lux + Lumens + CRI. Dramatically minimizing dark spots, short beams, and scattered light. Lumens–Total light output (measured in lumens). Generics are using off the shelf bulbs that are not custom engineered for automotive projection applications. This light goes everywhere BUT where you need it… down the road!
Lux – One of the essential measurements of good headlight lighting is the measurement of how much light is projected At A Distance. Our Arc Lens chip focuses heavily on this metric to ensure that as much of our powerful lumen out is put exactly where it’s needed. This metric is the same one often ignored by nearly ALL others.
CRI (Color Rendering Index)- The amount of light that is properly reflected against objects. If you can’t properly see what’s your light is shooting down the road, it’s just a lot of “blind light”.

Everything You Need in a Box
Purchasing bulbs that don’t work with your vehicle only leads to extra purchases and extra frustration. That’s why we offer complete kits for a smooth, successful install the first time. Every FluxBeam kit offers a pull plug and play system as well as TIPM bundles for owners of 2007+ Chryslers, Dodges, and Jeeps.
Brilliance. That Lasts
Never compromise quality for affordability. Cheap imitation LED headlight kits employ the use of overclocked LED Drivers to push the LED Diodes to the edge of failure; to achieve, inflated short term brightness which increases lumen count but severely shortens product life. Over 10 Years of experience, OPT7 FluxBeam v.2 is the premier brand in LED Lighting Solution. Choose Better.

Another point worth noting is the small fans attached to each heat sink on the light. Without the engine running you can hear them when your key is turned before starting the vehicle. They sound like computer fans or like a Playstation game console running. Nothing to worry about either way and so far so good. The install was simple
and our battery even stayed in place, but we did remove the windshield wiper filler neck on the driver side to get that light in. On the passenger side our air cleaner snorkle was first removed (take note here also Purchase the plastic clips holding these parts before you break them) they can be found here on Amazon. So back to the install, once the snorkle was removed then the air cleaner filter was seperated from the carbon filter - after moving the lose parts out of the way our light was easy to remove and install the new one.
Note the light clips of your electrical harness have a tab that must be depressed to release the clip. Also pay close attention to the seal around the bulb base and carefully install the lights with a 1/4 turn rotation making sure everything is flush. Then in our case we mounted the capacitors(?) with zip ties on the underside of the radiator support, there is more than enough length of cord to find a good location. This all should take no more than an hour from opening to closing the garage door after cleanup. I would recommend these lights to family or friends andbwe plan to upgrade the high beams as well as putting some on my F-150.
These lights are very bright, at least as bright as my Sylvania Silverstar Ultras; and so far, they've outlasted TWO sets of those! That's why I bought them, I was replacing my Sylvania's about every two months... that's expensive.
They arrived quickly and in perfect shape, by the way they package these things you'd think they were Fabarge eggs.
The little fans, I can't hear them inside the passenger compartment. I've read some reviews that complain about how noisy they are... not to me.
The bad stuff:
I've got a KIA Sorento, they wouldn't fit the mounting bracket in the headlamp assembly. I looked at the instructions, and there was a paragraph on how to disassemble the bulb from the base and add an adapter. I tried, I mean I really tried to disassemble it according to the instructions... to no avail. I didn't want to "ham-fist" it since it's made out of aluminum (?), and I'd already left some scratches in the anodized finish. So, I called, they said to search on YouTube for some videos on how to do it (not what I'd exactly call personalized help). They did say that if I couldn't get them to fit, I could send them back. Still, nothing would work. I finally ordered some adapter rings that looked like they'd help, and they did... somewhat. They are in there, they don't feel like they're really SOLIDLY in there, but they've stayed two months now and I've been on some really rough mountain gravel roads.
Bottom line, they are bright and quiet enough. They have payed for themselves in not having to replace those Sylvania's every couple of months. They also fit now but I feel that they could've been more helpful with support over the phone.
Update: 5/1/17: When you order on Amazon be aware that some of their bulbs are vehicle specific in that the mount tabs are aligned differently. I ordered on here and my drivers side had the led bulbs not completely left and right as they should be. I contacted Opt-7 through facebook as they don't have phone support after it started to eat at me for a little while and had a little bit of a tough time explaining the issue they person finally must have figured it out and sent me out a new bulb immediately "under warranty", didn't cost me a dime. After I got the replacement I immediately noticed that the mounting tab piece was a different color from the original. I installed it and it was perfect. Soooo the moral here is Opt-7 proved that they offer good customer service, albeit a bit cumbersome, and that you should order from their website where it asks for your specific vehicle application so you get the correct mounting styled bulbs.
I still love them. I would buy them again, and I will be ordering the highbeams and fogs shortly....from their website.
