It doesn’t thicken the liquid that you add it to, which is great if you’re picky about texture, like me. It blends so easily with no chunks (I used a hand milk frother to mix it in almond milk). It’s low carb and doesn’t upset my stomach. I see why it has so many positive reviews on Amazon now! I’ll be buying again, but probably from Costco (just to save some money).

Una buena proteína tiene dos factores solo dos factores que la hacen buena o mala
1 su nivel de absorción mientras mas rápido sea mejor proteína es
2 la cantidad de proteína por porción por ejemplo ( las isoladas o isolate ,concentradas, idrolizadas y alguna otra variante que me dejo pero estos vienen a ser las mas comunes he importantes)

Todas son whey siempre y cuando lo digan significa que son proteinas derivadas del suero de la leche cada tipo varia en cantidad de proteína en porción.

en este caso solo hablare de las isoladas ya que la ON Gold Standard es isolada

las isolada son las mas puras y las de mayor calidad de todas las proteínas whey y tienen trazas de aminoácidos por porción que ayudan a su absorción y a eso sumarle que también contienen mas cantidad de proteína por porción.

Un batido de proteína de calidad como este caso no se debe sentir casi por eso algunas personas comentan que es mala por que se siente como si fuera agua.

es lógico que se sienta como si fuera agua por que tiene un nivel alto de absorción de diluye con mucha facilidad prácticamente ni la sientes y es donde surge la pregunta. si ni la siento como se que hace efecto?

se ha de recordar que la proteina es un suplemento sumamente importante es el que te da esa proteina extra para el crecimiento y fortalecimiento de tus músculos los resultados se ven segun tu rutina diaria tu dieta y la cantidad de proteína que te toque tomar OJO no pienses que mientras mas proteina mas musculo genera no funciona asi.

tampoco pienses que al tomar proteína te debes sentir lleno que debes sentir como si te tomaras un batido de platano con avena (si te sientes asi tomando proteina con agua significa 2 cosas o uno que te has pasado de dosis o 2 que la proteina es sumamente mala)

recomiendo hablar con un nutricionista para estos casos (lo normal es una porción después del entreno en los primeros 30 min después de terminar)

y para concluir por que considero que esta es la mejor que hay en el mercado ?

sufro de problemas estomacales todo me sienta fatal he probado tropotocientas marcas de proteinas todas me sentaban fatal diarrea, pesades, acides, y reflujo y solo con 3 marcas no me ha pasado eso Optimun Nutricion , Bitobest y Self

por que prefiero optimun por que el sabor de vitobest es raro es muy artificial este no es que sepa a ferrero roche pero es mas pasable

En porcentajes de proteína la vitobest supera a esta es de mejor calidad que esta incluso pero minimamente y si sumamos que su sabor no me gusta nada prefiero Optimun nutricion

es importante también saber que esta marca pertenece a Glanbia al igual que la marca Self y los de Glanbia fueron casi pioneros es las proteínas whey ya que era una empresa de lácteos antes ahora se dedican solo a suplementos deportivos

la marca Self es mucho mas económica pero su absorción no es tan rápida es mas pesada pero se acepta por su precio no la considero mala

espero que os sirva de algo y antes de comprar recomiendo leer mucho informate con tu medico
y jamas olvides que la mejor dieta es comer normal pero sano no pases hambre y bebe agua mucha agua
