ONE ORGANIC ROASTED NORI​

ONE ORGANIC nori sheets begins with fresh, organic seaweed that is grown, cleaned and processed in natural sea water, with no added substances. It is shredded and mixed with water, then spread into a thin layer and dried. Next it is cut and roasted to crispy perfection. This low-calorie superfood packed with vitamins, minerals and amino acid. It is traditionally used for sushi making, but can also be used for a variety of other foods, snacks and garnishes.

ONE ORGANIC nori is a premium silver grade nori, carefully roasted for a crisp, not chewy, texture. It is the ideal thickness for maximum pliability and minimal tearing when working with it in recipes. When you hold a sheet of ONE ORGANIC nori up to the light, you will notice that there are no holes or unevenness. This is a sign of its premium quality. The nori is packaged in a resealable bag for easy storage, keeping it fresh in your pantry or refrigerator.

WHY ORGANIC & NON-GMO

Organic agriculture uses methods that preserve the environment and avoid the use of pesticides, antibiotics or genetic engineering (GMOs). Organic nori farming practices do not utilize irradiation, synthetic fertilizers or prohibited pesticides to prevent growth of other unwanted algae. Only healthy and mature, non-GMO seeds are used to cultivate ONE ORGANIC nori.

OUR STANDARDS

ONE ORGANIC nori is produced to strict USDA National Organic Program (NOP) standards and subject to annual farming and production inspections for quality. We take food safety seriously and utilize an independent lab to verify that the lead and heavy metals content is well below recommended limits. We also carefully work with our supplier to ensure the farm location chosen provides the resources and environment to support organic farming practices.
