Wonderful organic, sweet, juicy Turkist apricots!

These apricots are wonderful, gluten free, organic, sweet and juicy. I really like the individual packets for single servings and to take on the run. The individual packets keep the fruit fresher than a large bag that has to be refrigerated after opening. Left overs should be refrigerated once a bag is opened since these are organic and preservative free. The apricots are dark because they are organic and have no preservatives. So don't be put off by the natural brown color of the dried apricots. They are delicious, soft, juicy and easy to eat out of the individual bags. I am very happy to find these on Amazon. I found my first bag at a local store that doesn't keep consistent stock of many items. I loved the apricots and was thrilled to find them on Amazon. I am an "Amazonholic" and love the easy, fast delivery of Amazon Prime.

I initially received Sunny Organic Turkish Dried Apricots as part of a Christmas gift basket. They were so delicious, I sought out more on the internet and found them at Amazon. I very much liked the fact that Sunny puts their dried apricots in five small portion packs within the packet shown. It keeps the product fresh until you are ready to have some. I generally like to only have 1-3 pieces at a time, so even the small packs last me a while. With other dried fruit packages that don't have portion packs, that would often mean that by the time I'd get to the bottom of the bag, the product was no longer fresh. Due to their use of these convenient portion packs, that is not a problem with Sunny Fruit. I'm very happy with this product and have, consequently, reordered more of the dried apricots and have ordered other Sunny dried fruit products to try.

Very good. Just like the same brand of Organic Figs. I have them each day. They are very tasty and sweet. I recommend each one.
***UPDATE***February 9, 2020.....I do still enjoy these apricots.
But I do have a concern for the most recent package that I received. It has a sticker label with a lot # and expiration date. The expiration date on the sticker is 07/28/2020, but the date under the label is for 04/28/2020. The lot # is the same for both. Why would they place a sticker label over the old date with another date? Does it have a best by date of 04/28/2020 or 07/28/2020?
I contacted Sunny Fruit by phone and he asked me to send a picture (January 31), so I did. It has been over a week and no word back. I had tried to contact again via email (February 4), and still nothing.
Is there something they are trying to keep from their customers?

The apricots arrived quickly and they were exactly as advertised. My experience in the past with dried apricots was that they were too dry and tough. These are completely different and more flavorful. My original intention was to cut them up in small pieces to add to a trail mix I am working on, but I will have to get another order for this project at the rate I am eating them out of the bag. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I still give these 5 stars for taste and also the amount you get in the bag. But after opening the bag and eating some of them I did notice that a lot of them are not as soft and tasty as the others. I’m not sure if that’s due to the size of the bag and the quantity you get as opposed to what I used to find locally which was a box with 5 individual bags that’s had about 7-8 pieces in each bag? So I’m not sure if I should purchase these again or go back to the individual bags because every single one in those bags was extremely soft and juicy.

What is written on the Sunny Fruit package is 100% true. The apricots are described as “soft & succulent dried Turkish apricots” and is totally accurate! Every single piece was soft unlike other brands. My 3 & 4 year old grandkids tried and loved these apricots so I included a portion pack in their lunch boxes! I LOVE THIS PRODUCT👍

And they are supposed to be soft. They are not the typical American grocery store dried apricots, they’re Turkish apricots that are air dried with no preservatives. They also have a sweeter, blander flavor than regular dried apricots. This brand is very good. Great texture, good flavor.

Since my childhood spent in Macedonia - somewhat close to Turkey - I have only rarely tasted proper organic apricots. In their absence, finding good dried apricots has become a priority. This product is excellent as it provides some of the best apricots on the market. I highly recommend it (as I do the company's dried sour cherries). The only "drawback" is the high sugar content, but that is the case with just about every fruit product today.

We’ve bought the Sunny Fruit brand of Apricots for many years and have always enjoyed them. Sadly, our favourite warehouse retailer is no longer selling these Organic and Sulphite Free apricots and has replaced them with a different product.

I was very happy to be able to buy (at a significant premium) from the Marketplace seller Brand Values and the products were delivered by Amazon quickly.

I was very unhappy to receive a totally different product to the one advertised from a different manufacturer.

Instead of Sulphite-Free, Organic Apricots from Sunny Fruit, I was delivered Sunsentional Fruits, which are not Organic and DO contain sulphites which many people are allergic to. This is a lesser product which is sold at a far cheaper price normally, which the seller is passing off as something far better and more expensive.

Brand Values ignored my message to them about the mid-sold product but thankfully Amazon have stepped in and refunded the purchase price.
