I have high confidence in Orijen and have been feeding it to my cats for a few years now. I was unaware that they made a Fit & Trim version until I happened across it on Amazon, so I thought I would buy one bag to try. I set it aside with another box to unpack when I had more time. Early this morning, I heard a rustling sound and found one of my cats helping himself to it. The little bandit had torn through the plastic envelope AND the sealed bag (naturally, at the bottom corner of the resealable package, which, by the way, actually works for the life of the product) to get to it. I can honestly state that’s a first.So, before I start digging around for a way to properly store this food to keep it fresh, I ordered more of it and decided to post a review. I won’t rate the smell of the food, because I believe it’s a stellar diet and, as most cats appreciate, has a powerful smell. Since this bag is now open, I gave a spoonful to all three cats and they devoured it. I’m giving it 5 stars.
