It is a pair of 22 ton jack stands that meet most stringent and current ASME/PALD standards for lifting equipment. They feature a flat base to prevent sinking into soft surfaces, a large 3 inches x 3-3/4 inches saddle, and can be adjusted in 3 inch increments to facilitate a wide variety of maintenance services.

These things are massive. If you ever buy an M1 Abrams, it's very possible they will support it for maintenance. The pictures do not do justice to the 1 inch diameter pin. Anything that could shear the pins on these stands probably would not be in your driveway. The manufacturer did not skimp on the welds either. There may be 60 linear inches of weld on the base and corner supports.
I read other reviews that said these arrived with the package in good shape. Do not believe it. There was a 15 inch long tear in the box when these arrived (both in the same box). I did not deduct for this because the product was packaged well enough inside the box that there was no damage. I am not sure you could hurt these anyway.
Yes my motor home has its own jacking system but crawling under any machine under any circumstances is dangerous and knowing that these jacks that can handle the total weight of my coach sitting directly on them are sitting under the motor home frame gives me piece of mind.
Be aware that these jack stands weigh about 40 lbs. each.
Back in 2014 when I purchased these jack stands they were USA made, I am not sure if that is still the case today?
Yes the little wire pin thing is sharp as others have stated but unlike some people who have yet to evolve, I wear gloves when I work on my cars.
These stands are rock solid. Highly recommended.
