This is a great phone, EXCEPT two important things. I've owned this phone for about a year and the battery is already having trouble holding a charge. Also, the receptor port for the charging cord has a poor, weak connection. I've even had to try several different highly rated cords, but even with the best one, it has consistently proven to be the connection inside the phone as the cause. I have to babysit my phone when it's charging in case I need to tap lightly on the cord to regain the connection.
Too many unnecessary and unwanted energy and space sucking apps that I can't uninstall without screwing up my phone. Less is more. I can always install apps that I will use, later.

Now the night I write this review the external speaker goes bad, I've checked the settings I've checked the sound button I've checked everything!!!!!!Edit: It is now a day later on the 14th of March I have gone through all of my settings, all of my volume controls, and even check to see if the phone was up to date and still nothing I don't hear any ringing when the calls come through my alarms don't go off I don't get notifications for texts the entire phone is set for silent and I have no idea what to do about it.

I purchased the phone on 3/18/22, on 4/17/22 I looked down and saw the glass on the back was shattered. I have no idea how it happened. I purchased this because it was supposed to be a tough phone. This one didn’t last long enough to see a tough day.
