The ANK Style holsters series is unlike any other ankle holster. Made in Southern California from premium nylon materials, the OUTBAGS USA Ankle Holsters brings you a durable kit at a reasonable price. The ANK style is set apart from other substandard ankle holsters by its neoprene ankle brace. Other ankle bands are made with elastic materials which can stretch over time. This stretching will critically affect the ankle holster's hold. The neoprene brace will never stretch and will always provide a secured fit. Firearm not included. Recommended fit: Accu-Tek - AT380, BL-9, HC380, LT380 / AMT - Backup / Beretta - 950 Jetfire, 3032 Tomcat, M1934, Pico / Cobra - HP22 / Colt - Mustang Pocketlite / Kahr Arms - CW380 ´ P380 / Kel-Tec - P-32, P-3AT / Kimber - Solo Carry / Phoenix Arms - HP22, HP25 / Ruger - LCP / S&W - Bodyguard .380 w/ or w/o factory laser / Sig Sauer - P238, P938 / Taurus - 738 TCP, PT22 / Walther Arms - PPK, PPK-S

Carry: Ruger LCP .380
Orientation: Inside left leg due to right hand draw
Pros: Neoprene stretches and is comfortable. It is rather durable, however it can get hot. I reccomend carrying over a sock.
Low Profile, as it does not protrude enough to print wearing Khakis or Jeans
Cons: It does slide down due to no retention above. Due to the taper of your leg, it seems to float down no matter how tight.
I have worn this for ~2 weeks straight now with no issue.
Only problem is my ankle bone sticks out a bit and the end of the holster tends to ride right there on the bone.
If it's going to be a short term wear I'll just toss on an extra sock, for a long day's wear I wrap a small Ace bandage around my ankle first to add a little cushion. I have worn it for up to 15 hours and it did just fine. I have worn it on the outside of my right ankle and it is much more comfortable there (darn boney feet!) but much more obvious too.
This is by no means a quick draw holster but it is a very secure and comfortable to wear holster that keeps my piece in place and gives me peace of mind.
I think there should be a small, medium and large version of this ankle holster made and that would solve the problem of it slipping.
One more thing that is important: the quality of material is excellent as is the workmanship. I ended up cutting the straps off, allowing me to carry my Baretta bobcat 21a in my pants pocket protected by the nice holster. It is a great fit and works well this way.
No one can tell I'm carrying, although I did have a woman friend ask me if I was happy to see her. I can't imagine what she meant!?!
Then I added a Crimson Trace defender series laser to the gun. All I had to dow was cut the seam at the bottom about 3/4", then sew a new line to accomodate the laser. Simple.
After about a week, the top and bottom of the holster to ankle strap portion started to fray. I do not like how the ends of the seam were not back-tacked, they were just straight sewn and then cut, so I reinforced those areas on my Juki. With just a few minor mods this holster is unbeatable for the price, and it's made in the USA!
As for fit and comfort, I really like it. Never have it coming off, the velcro is strong, and it doesn't slide around or rotate around my leg. It stays put and works great. I wear it outside the sock and with boots. With relaxed fit jeans you can BARELY notice it with the gun in.

Fits my signature pt238 perfectly.
My large leg left plenty of room on the strap for those with even larger legs, chicken legs may find difficulty.Read more
