 This peeler has a good feel with a nice weight and an ergonomic handle that’s comfortable to hold. The handle is much wider than other peelers I’ve used. This makes the grip more effortless, which is great, especially when peeling a lot of items and for someone like me with carpal tunnel. It cuts very easily and works in both directions, which is a nice time-saver. That said, you do need to be careful—it's sharp enough that you could easily nick yourself if you don’t realize the blade is double-sided. Overall, it’s a solid peeler that gets the job done well. Great value, depending on how long this lasts, I’d definitely buy it again.

Sharp blade, so be careful. Keep your fingers and hands away from the path of the blade, and GLIDE the blade through the cut (DON'T hack or chop at the food you are peeling, smoothly glide the blade through the cut. The blade will easily make the cut/peel, you don't have to force the blade when using the peeler).

Comfortable handle, easy to hold and grip for different sized hands.

Stainless steel blade, so it's easy to care for. I had a different Y peeler that had a carbon steel blade which although sharp would rust if not thoroughly cleaned and DRIED right away. This Stainless steel blade is just as sharp (if not sharper!) but is much easier to care for (still want to wash and dry it right after use, but it still has ZERO rust anywhere!)

Easily peels potatoes, carrots, shaves hard cheese, works great.

Did I mention that the blade is sharp? 😆

Highly recommended. 👍 Wife wants me to buy a spare or two so that we ALWAYS have this peeler on hand.
