I bought a shiny "stainless steel" Chinese-made squeezer 12yrs ago. Its still shiny; no, hasn't rusted. But its crap. The handles bent together years ago from the pressure of squeezing limes. Looks good but it consistently does a crappy job of squeezing.
So I finally dove back into the reviews of the dozens of Chinese made modern copies... Started noting and comparing weights - on the assumption that 'weight is a proxy for strength'. Umm no. Heavier crap is still crap. And with the arrival of fakespot since i bought the original, the review quality ratings are universally *abysmal* on those.
But Oxo - I love the little incline plastic measures I've had for 11-12 yrs. And the steel graduated jiggers I've owned for 5-6yrs are *PERFECT*.
So I tried the Oxo squeezer: THIS is quality! And clearly real thought went into the bowl faces: this thing can *wring* a lime shell out! -- some folks are of the opinion that that's too far; can get into bitter. But that's not the point. The power is there, and its up to *you* if you choose to *use* it.
Put down the shiny steel crap, back away, and go buy an Oxo. You'll be happier in the long run.

At first I thought the citrus press was easier to use and yielded more juice than squeezing by hand or with a citrus reamer. I made a lot of margaritas this summer and determined I needed a tool that didn't take so much strength to squeeze and made more juice. I then purchased the KitchenAid juicer attachment. Yes, more expensive but so much easier to use, really cleans out the fruit and makes more juice faster. Picture compares KitchenAid juicer, citrus reamer and a citrus press and the juiced lime half next to each method. You can see how much cleaner the KitchenAid left the lime compared to the other two methods especially the press. I squeezed about 15 limes during that test. The juice freezes perfectly in ice cube trays and its so easy to make cocktails at the last minute with the frozen lime cubes at the ready.
