I’ve been making brownies for a very long time as they are my husbands favorite. Lately, I’ve been noticing that I’ve been getting a very uneven cook using glass Pyrex or nonstick pans (outside edges burn and middle is still raw) so I bought this instead and on my very first try, my cheesecake brownies turned out PERFECT!!! All in the title. Not sure how they did it but this pan is amazing. It does crisp the edges of your cake/brownies pretty well so it might seem at first like it is stuck but if you start cutting a little further from the edge, the first piece just pops right out. My new forever baking pan. As my old ones need replacing, I will be replacing them all from this line.
