OXO Good Grips Pro Metal Bakeware
Commercial-grade bakeware for a lifetime of baking adventures.
Bake Like a Professional
Whether you're making sweet treats or savory dishes, OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro Bakeware can lend a hand. The line features 11 pieces, from sheet and cake pans to muffin tins, loaf pans and more . Made in the USA, OXO Bakeware brings the same best-in-class quality and performance found in commercial bakeware --home. Each piece is made from heavy-gauge aluminized steel that provides stability, even heat distribution, effortless food release and durability for years to come.
Effortless Food Release
The non-stick, two-layer coating is PFOA-free and ceramic-reinforced for exceptional durability and easy food release. Heavy-gauge, aluminized steel runs between the layers for even heat distribution and added strength. The surface is resistant to scratching, staining, corrosion and abrasion.
Unique, Square-Rolled Edges
The Bakeware edges are formed from a single piece of square-rolled steel. This uniform construction creates a secure grip for safe handling. Straight sidewalls, crimp-free corners and a seamless design allow for easy cleaning.
The micro-texture adds structural rigidity and minimizes surface contact to improve airflow. Translation? An even bake every time. The dual-function coating is perfect for sweets like oatmeal chocolate chip cookies or savory dishes like lemon roasted chicken.
Simple Size Identification
We added dimension markings on the top of every piece of Bakeware for quick and easy identification. That means no more searching to find the right pan for your recipe.

OXO Bakeware combines strong, durable, and precise engineering with the thoughtful touches that are characteristic of all OXO products. This line of Non-Stick Pro Bakeware is made of heavy-grade aluminized steel that ensures durability and promotes even heat distribution for a more reliable bake and is coated with a commercial grade, double-layer, ceramic-reinforced PTFE non-stick coating. This provides powerful non-stick capability, as well as scratch-,stain-,corrosion-, and abrasion resistance. The non-stick line also features a micro-textured pattern that ensures even baking by minimizing your food's surface contact with the pan and promoting airflow. All OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro Bakeware pieces feature generous square-rolled edges for reinforcement and a secure grip, and are dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.
Top customer reviews
You might be drawn to the non-stick attribute of this particular pan, as I was. It fulfills that promise, too. I've done a fair amount of cooking in this pan in the last several months, from paleo lasagna to chicken traybakes to yes, a cake or too. Some of those escapades would have qualified for the "before" images in a TV ad for dish soap ("You try rubbing, scrubbing!"), but the OXO cleaned up in a jiffy.
The price for that non-stick status, however, is that you really have to hand wash the pan -- at least according to the instructions that came on the package. You can't fling this into the dishwasher or -- says the documentation -- you'll lose the slick surface. I haven't dared to challenge those instructions. And I hate to hand-wash anything, which makes me more likely to reach for another baking tin instead.
I have only used these pans once (I have two). What I found was:
- My oven is abysmally bad
- These do seem to magnify cooking issues, like hot spots in the oven. My bad oven was made worse by pans that heat well and hold the heat. Surprise! Not the fault of the pan, of course. So, for me, a bit of a learning curve in adjusting to how these pan cook when faced with Dante's 5th ring of Hell.
- Even with greased and floured pan, and "non-stick" coating, my stuff sticks. Like others, parchment paper in the bottom next time around. I have found this to be true with the other OXO pans I bought, too. The bumpy surface on the bottom seems to grip stuff.
I recently bought a Breville Smart Oven Pro, and I am looking forward to trying these pans in it. It lacks the problems with thermodynamics of my full size over, and initial baking results for other pans has been good. So I expect to see good results from use in my Breville.
These are nice pans. I will be interested to get a couple of USA Pans and see how they compare. So far I am quite happy with these.
Incidentally, I should have baked the bread longer because the dimensions on this pan is 4.5 X 8.5 inch and the recipe called for a 5 x 9 loaf pan. My bad, but a heads up to you.
