Top customer reviews
This pizza cutter does not fail. It is comfortable to hold, the wheel is well connected, and it is sharp! It almost seems that OXO, like with many other of its great kitchen utensils, actually is thinking about what its tools are designed to do. An awesome purchase, well worth any slight increase in cost.
I had an OXO Good Grips pizza cutter from years ago and liked it a lot--no complaints, except it disappeared one day. It was replaced with a Kitchen Aid model that was even better--that thing was a heavy chunk of AWESOME, but it also disappeared (see the pattern here?) and if I recall, it was from a set which by my search, seems to be unavailable nowadays… What I liked anyway, was the extra weight compared to others. I felt that both held up to cutting against pizza stones quite well.
Unfortunately, this one lacks the heft that I remember from years ago. It works, but it no longer feels as nice to use. Only time will tell if the thinner blade holds up against the pizza stone. I won't mind when this one disappears.
