So, we put this on our registry in navy/birch and Amazon sent orange/walnut to the people who ordered it and since they had it sent to themself so they could give it to us at our shower we couldn't exchange it. Instead we had to do a return for a refund and order a whole new one with our own money in the mean time because it apparently takes weeks to a month to process the registry returns. So, we ordered a whole new one in navy/birch and Amazon sent us a grey/white (that still had labels on it from the last 2 people who returned it), which we had to exchange for a third chair that finally came in navy/birch. For $250 I expect better, it wasn't even like it came from a third party vendor... That said, it is super easy to assemble and disassemble (my husband put the first one together not realizing it was wrong). I took the first one apart and put the second one together all by myself at 36.5 weeks, so it was pretty easy. The first one was a bit tippy/unlevel, but the second one was totally steady/level. Having read the previous reviews I can say of... it isn't any heavier than a dining chair so I don't mind that it doesn't have wheels because it is more stable without them and there are plastic pieces on the bottom of the legs so they are not going to split, I'm glad it isn't all soft and plush because I wanted something I can disinfect rather than throw in the washing machine, I don't need it to recline because I'm not planning to bottle feed in a high chair, I don't mind that the tray has 14 screws in it or a lip on the bottom side that allows water in but not out because I intend on using it right side up and I don't plan on attempting to cram it into my sink or a dishwasher when I can just spray/wipe it down, I think the velcro holding the pads down is genious because it is a very short velcro and will be very easy to clean with a brush if food gets in it and the pads are replaceable if they ever wear out or tear... I will have to review it again after getting to use it, but for right now the majority of the complaints that I've read are rediculous and unrealistic, it appears to be a spectacular chair and exactly what I was looking for because it will adapt as our needs change.
**UPDATE 8-30-2019 (After 14 months use)** Still love this highchair! Our 20 month old is huge (36 inches tall and 33 lbs) and extremely active even when sitting in this chair and it is still holding strong, he has even tipped it over a couple times (not while in it!) and nothing has broke. We did have to tighten the screws and bolts once so far because he wiggles so much he loosened them. He has thrown up in the chair twice now resulting in me having to completely disassemble the tray by removing the screws and neither time did I find mold inside the tray as other reviews have stated. After the first time he threw up in the chair I emailed OXO customer service to ask if extra straps were available for purchase since the set I had were completelly soaked and unusable until washed, they just sent me a set for free. I recently contacted OXO customer service because my son has left a lot of scratches and a couple of gouges in the tray with his silverware, no big deal but we are expecting a second baby and I figure like a cutting board these gouges may harbor bacteria, so I wanted to order a new tray...they're sending me a new tray for free! We have had to replace the bottom seat cushion twice now because the fabric stops sticking to the velcro after a while (even after cleaning the velcro, the fabric just stops sticking), but we are still on the original back cushion. My only complaint is that the cushions are sold in a 3 piece pack (so I have 2 back cushions and 3 seat cushions for without the harness that are unused to date) and the color choices available aren't very broad (1st time magenta or lime green was all that was available, 2nd time tan or grey was all that was available).
