I have only had this watch for a few days and am very happy with it. I was mainly looking for active O2 monitoring and temperature monitoring. Active O2 monitoring is a hard feature to find. Many have a passive 02 monitoring where it reports the average 02 over the whole night, not what it currently is. Watches with active O2 monitoring tend to be far more expensive.
The instructions are minimal and not very helpful. You have to play with the watch and app to find all the settings. "Switches" refers to turning on and off the monitors. Setting weights and distances between metric and imperial is in the settings and the original set-up. C and F are somewhere with the temperature. Glucose looks to be only in mmol/L.
The some of monitoring functions take a few days to start working, like sleep, Blood Oxygen, and HRV. Others start right away.
On the watch, the main default display has a blood drop with a number. I have on idea what this is. Next to it is a heart with your bpm. The on watch displays of heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen have empty values, but if you wait for a bit, they will populate. Nothing tells you this. Others have play buttons or similar.
The on watch displays could be improved by the use use of colors for high and low values on the charts. The app seams to have this feature, but some of the color chooses could be improved.
The glucose detection does not appear anywhere near accurate. But I can not say for sure. It will report my sugar at 4.75 mmol/L which is 85.5 mg/dL according to an online conversion. My meter will be reporting 200+ mg/dL. Not sure if there is a conversion error or setting I am missing. As I said before, I can not find a way to change the glucose monitor over to mg/dL. The monitor does show my glucose changing over the day.
The instruction mention a calculator. That seams to have been removed in the firmware updates.
The disconnect notification could be nice, but I only need it to tell me once or twice I am to far from my phone. The repeated constant alert is very annoying. There are times I walk away from phone to do things in another room. I am not attached to my phone. And I know Bluetooth only reaches so far.
This may be common with all smart watches, but the gmail notification does not just show me the new email that just came in, but a whole list of unread emails. Very annoying. I only want the new email which I may or may not read. I get a lot of ads I do not care about.

Testing this watch Glucose Monitoring feature while wearing my Libre Freeestyle CGM!

I compared the results of the Glucose Monitoring function of this watch to my CGM. When you calibrate this watch with your morning fasting glucose level (measured with test strip or CGM) it will track well within +3/-3 mmol/L . If the reading is outside of that range the measurement is way off. For instance after I had a low carb breakfast I (medium boiled eggs + coffee ) I spike to 12.7 mmol/L and the watch displayed 10.0 mmol/L. For those of us in the USA like me that's 228.6 mg/dL and 180 mg/dl. If this watch was open source and I had access to the existing firmware on the watch and the Andriod GUI I could fix the current code by adding multiple calibration points. I would start with prompting the user check their glucose with a test strip if the glucose reading is +/- 5 mmgol/L different from the fasting calibration point. I would do the same calibration entry again if a glucose reading is +/- different from the second calibration point. The watch only measures 0 -15 mmol/L so that would cover it. I believe with the added firmware and software update this watch could be useful for people with type 2 diabetes.
