I haven't used it a great deal yet, but expect it to play a regular role in our grain-free baking going forward. My biggest success to date was adding a little oat fiber to an almond-flour biscuit recipe in place of the shredded cheddar when I wanted a cinnamon breakfast biscuit instead of a garlic-cheddar savory biscuit. It replaced the bulk of the cheese beautifully, but I did add a bit of almond milk to adjust the batter's consistency -- that fiber can soak up some liquid!
I think this bag will last a good while, but I would expect to order again. And it's Honeyville brand, so you know the quality rocks.

This is great for low carb baking. Lowered the calories and carb count to my old low carb recipes. Just substitute half the amount of nut flour for the fiber and add more liquids.Published 21 months ago by Amazon Customer

Have only used a small amount once in an applesauce cake for extra fiber. Blended in well with other ingredients and didn't change its flavor.Published on October 15, 2014 by Audre Jones
