We got 2 of these as our cat seems to miss the litter box now and then. They work great for this. Highly recommend for this purpose.

If you have a new washer like I do (Bravos/Cabrilo type), some of the washer pans do not work well. This one is less temperature sensitive than many, meaning it doesn't bubble upward when you use hot water. The raised "star pattern" version bows upward and causes the machine to hammer loudly and relentlessly on the ridges. Not fun! Get this smooth version to avoid the loudness.

We bought this as we were moving into a new home where the laundry room did not have a floor drain. It works as expected but I could have sworn that it said it was 7" deep. It is only about 3" deep. It is also hard to get the washer leveled since the pan is just a couple inches bigger than the washer itself, making it hard to get to the leveler feet without tipping the washer back quite a ways. But the price was very good and delivery was on time.

This tray goes under your washer and if you have a second floor washing machine, you need one. My washer just went and water would have been all over the floor and possibly through the floor to my dining room below, if not for this pan. It held the water and allowed me to easily drain it with my wet dry vac. Great product!

We use it under the cat's litter box to catch the litter that gets flung around and it works great.

You get what you pay for. Cheap thin plastic pan. I ended up cracking the edge when I lifted the washing machine into the pan. It doesn't come with a floor drain. I ended up purchasing a heavy duty composite pan at the local plumbing supply house for $45. This pan would work (be super careful when dropping the washer in) and I have seen them installed in homes/apartments. I would save your money for something a little more durable.

This will work for what I purchased it for which is not as a washing machine pan. If you're buying it as a washing machine pan please be advised that the dimensions are not accurate in the description. This pan is NOT 7" deep. It is 1 1/2 inches deep. Just so you know.......

I had a few misgivings before ordering, but the quality of this pan is perfectly adequate. It fits beneath my Kenmore top-loader washer very nicely and doesn't look bad at all.

Now I'll confess something. I stewed around for a few months before installing this because I wondered how would two strong people, let alone one person, manage to lift the washer and slide the pan under it? Then I figured out that if I tilted the washer forward and placed a 4x4 block under each rear leg I could position the pan in front, then lift the front end while kicking the pan under. I had put a towel inside the pan where the front legs were going to come down (so the washer would slide forward), then scooted the washer all the way forward and I was done. Three minutes. Too easy!
