I bought these to gift to my 3 year old son for Christmas. After looking at many this seemed to have the best reviews and I am glad I bought these. He has not seen them yet but I took them out to test while he was napping. I have to say I am pretty impressed. They feel the same as my higher end adult binoculars and you can see pretty far with them. I was worried they would be to kidish and not have a good range but they do. We frequently get deer in the field behind our house so I am very excited to see his reaction with these as the adult ones are much to heavy for him to hold up. The tree in the picture is a good football field away and the picture doesn't do justice to how well everything looked through the binoculars. They are a pretty green color and perfect size for little hands. The right side does look a little warped around the lens but I had just taken it out of the box so I am sure that will fix itself plus even if it stayed that way, It did not affect being able to use. Not a problem so far. I am also happy they came with a lanyard type thing where you can where them around your neck but even if my son drops them I think these will hold up well. Happy with my purchase!

We are very pleased with the clarity, sturdiness and price of these binoculars. They were gifted to a four-year-old who absolutely loves them. He was so excited it was difficult to teach him how to focus them; but, that will come in time. They are perfect for little hands.
The added bonus of a neck strap, lens cleaning cloth, and two cases makes this a great buy.
Instructions for focusing and care are very clear. They are also a great little pair of binoculars for adults who want to have something to carry in a pocket or glove box for use in the spur of the moment. The quality of these binoculars is better than any other “toy binocular” I have seen. They have a nice weight and feel very durable. I would not hesitate to purchase more in the future. With so many colors to choose from, children,and adults would always know which pair is theirs!

This is a great gift for the budding Bird Watcher. The great selection in colors was one of the reasons for my choosing this pair of Obuby Kids Binoculars. My granddaughter loves pink and being able to get the binoculars in that color was a home run. The drawstring bag for carrying in a pack and the pouch with belt loop for wearing on her belt during hikes are two more hits. She received her binoculars at night , the very next day she got up early to use them. She loves them and her enthusiasm has not waned since. I would recommend these binoculars for any child who loves to look at stars or nature. They are affordable and durable. They are also a good size for kids. If any more of my grandkids show an interest in birds or nature or the stars I will be purchasing them again.

These binoculars are marketed for kids but they would also be great for adults. I bought them for my 6yr old nephew and my mom loved them and wants her own. They're nice and compact unlike most adult binoculars. They come with a neck strap and carrying case, feel sturdy and well made, and they are easy to use. My only critique is that the plastic/rubber at the eye area arrived bent because of the way they were packaged which I had to fix with a hairdryer.

Bought this for our great-grand daughters (4 & 6) for Christmas. The box is small but don’t let the small size fool you. They appear to be a great first pair of binoculars for children. The binoculars have soft rubber like material around optics, focal adjustments appear to be firm and reliable. I can recommend this to anyone who is looking for a first pair of binoculars for a child.

Like many of you probably bought the binoculars for your children so they could be adventurers. Unfortunately, please be aware that they camouflage pattern may not be exactly as pictured when you get it. I have gone back and forth with the seller telling them that there's a defect because when I received my binoculars the pattern was stretched so it looked more like a mossy oak camo rather than the digital camo that's pictured. My son liked it because it reminds him of Minecraft. The seller told me that the printing process is random and they can control it. My response why do you not have a QC process that you can check the product before it even ships out to the buyer. They do not seem to respond when I asked them to just exchange it and I'm willing to return the original. The seller even let me know that if there was a defect they would exchange it but for some reason they changed their mind. I'm sorry to leave a negative review. I am going to use Amazon's return policy as an alternative.
