If you are a teen or have a teen and job decisions are in your future, this book is essential. I recommend looking at it early in high school so the classes that would help on the chosen job can be taken.
for you to buy one yourself. The beauty of this reference document
is that it helps you focus on future employment fields & trends
based on statistical data gathered by no other than the Department
of Labor. I believe that they have done a very good job. Updated
annually, well worth the price. It's a reference document that enables
you as a parent to begin the important dialogue with your kids on
what they need to consider when they think about a career and
going off to college to begin the groundwork.
Bottom line: do you want your kids going off to college for the
next 4 plus years majoring in a field that may not offer them some
decent form of employment when they graduate? Or do you want then
returning home to live with you again while they/you try to figure
all this out? That decision is up to you but I know what my answer is

Very informative. It's about the size of a phone book. I'm sure some occupations are missing but it's a great tool for a senior to start finding direction for after high school.Published 22 months ago by Amy H. Brado
